The clothes are definitely geared more toward a younger crowd and a little on the pricier side, but my daughter did find a few cute things she liked. Checkout was a bit frustrating. There was only one register open, which was fine since there were just a few people ahead of us and we weren't in a rush. However, a female employee who seemed like a manager got in line behind us and then called another employee to open a register. Another male maybe manager instead of helping the next person in line, he helped the employee who had been behind us. That didn't sit right. Thankfully, when we did get to the register, we were helped by Melissa, and she was absolutely lovely! She had a great attitude, made conversation, and was even helping a newer employee while ringing us up. She definitely turned the experience around.

The style of clothing here is so questionable, as I walked around the store I kept asking myself, "Who would want to wear this & why?" I was just shocked and for the price of something so thin, with poor quality. It mad me sad because I really liked this brand before they changed their style and materials. Now it's just overpriced items with not so great quality.

We took advantage of the current sales and found lots of different items for our daughter. There was a lot of merchandise. However, the store needs more room! The shopping experience was quite cramped with narrow spacing. Though clothing was organized, multiple designs of some types of clothes were stacked on top of each other due to lack of space to lay it all out on display. While the fitting rooms were very roomy, there were only 2 of them. Also, though we were holding a lot of clothing, no one offered us a bag to shop with. We didn't even see any available until we got in line and found them right next to the registers, opposite the entry of the store.

I saw many items that I've purchased brand new in used decent quality (not great) for pretty steep prices. Used breast pumps $150-200 used baby swings $60-80. used toys are like $15-30 so not quite worth the drive for us from Lincoln. Overall I think if they want to actually get through items and turn inventory they should lower the prices significantly - they advertise 50-90% off but we found mostly items we're about 25% off retail pricing.

You may want to think twice about selling and buying here. Based on my experience of shopping,…read moreselling, and working for them the last 3 years. 1. They weren't clear on the instructions one year for Valet. They end up donating all my items that didn't sell. So I lost all that money. They did put the off season stuff to the side and not tell me. I was eventually able to pick those items up. I thought let me give them another chance. 2. When I went to work for them to get more commission I found the items that were "Donated" on sale on the floor. They basically just steal people stuff and resell it. 3. This last time I went to sell I caugut Covid really bad and was too sick to pick up my items. They did not care at all they left my items outside and said they aren't responsible for the items when I went to pick them up the items were gone. I lost another $200+ worth of money because they just don't care and they definitely steal sellers items. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Ive come to find I make waaaay more money on Facebook Marketplace anyway with way less work. And the reason we end up having to price everything so High and why everything is so expensive for second hand clothes is because they take 40% of the profit it's the only way to make it worth doing all the work to prep the items to sell lay them out and pick them up. Hope this give anyone reading this some insight into the business practices of this company.
