Paper Source is a dying breed: it's a beautiful store filled with a huge variety of stationary supplies for invitations, announcements, birthdays, holidays, celebrations and anything else you can think of - plus, you can practically personalize anything using their designer cards, templates, waxes and stamps, ribbons, etc. They also have standard cards, calendars and planners, rubber stamps, inks, greeting cards, wrapping papers, and fun gifts that range from fancy to kitschy. The decor is ever-changing with the holidays and seasons so there is always something new that catches my eye when I visit. I especially love that the staff seem genuinely happy to be working there and I've consistently received friendly, helpful service.

This is my happy happy happy place! I was so excited when they finally opened a Paper Source in the Sacramento area. Now I don't have to drive to the bay to go to one of my favorite stores. I love the staff here! Especially a shout out to Jessie and Angel who always make me feel welcome and loved! They just turned the store over from Valentine's to Flowers/Spring and everything is delightful and beautiful. I once again bought way too much stuff!! This is an awesome place to order wedding and party invitations or get help making your own custom invitations. They have an excellent selection of beautiful gift wrap and gift bags. I can always find a present here, and the things needed to wrap it too! They have classes that are reasonably priced and always fun. I buy all my envelopes here because you can get any color and they are very nice quality. FIVE stars all the way!! The store is in the Fountains shopping center across from the Galleria Mall. There is a Peet's coffee nearby and a Jack's Urban Eats across the street. Some street parking is available, or there is also a large lot behind all the stores.

I needed an array of cards. Everyone seems to have a summer birthday or something. I have walked past this cute store so many times in the morning with my dogs I decided it was way overdo for me to go inside and check it out. It is well appointed in The Fountains center and I am sure they will do well. First off it's well stocked but easy to walk around in, meaning it's not junky looking. They have quality cards and papers for yes, every occasion without going over the top ridiculous. I love cards. Nice paper . Funny quirky cards . Not the same Ol thing you see at drug stores . Lovely cards . They carry wrapping paper by the sheet. Wow!! That's cool. They have a selection of interesting gifts too. I got the impression that they have a big business in invitations and announcements. There was one whole wall devoted to this. I still love paper products. Colors and messages on a natural texture ! I will stop in again , it is a fun place to explore.

My beautiful wedding invitations that Pam helped me customize from paper source.

Super cute but WAY over priced. Cost $8 per package (no matter what size) to be wrapped on top of $7 per piece of small wrapping paper.

I Googled places to find envelopes in the Sacramento area, since my fiancé and I are going to be sending out our invitations soon, and Paper Source popped up.

If they were unable to deliver on the requested time, they could've called me; my number was also written in the steps prior to purchase. I do not appreciate this type of service especially coming from a company that seemed great from initial appearance, but clearly lack in quality customer care. But it's very clear they don't really care, otherwise I would've been informed via call or email but again, got nothing. There's a reason why I stated my request for a certain time frame. It is what it is now. 2. I paid about $5 extra for them to send me an email of how the flowers looked prior to making the delivery -- what's the point of that when I never received it at all? Take that option off if you're unable to deliver such service that's outside of what you actually can do. It makes no sense how something simple can turn out complicated even in the slightest bit. And no, I'm not upset. Just unfortunately disappointed at the professionalism and lack of quality care that I had to share my experience with everyone here. The flowers on the other hand looked nice from the image that was sent to me from my family member. Although the flowers looked nice, the quality of service should match. It doesn't. I didn't want to believe what the other negative reviews were saying since I prefer to give things a chance at least once, and unfortunately I see why others weren't happy with their experience. Again, yes the flowers were nice, but I wasn't informed, at all, through email or phone about the delivery time and also paying an extra $5 to see what it looks like before sending it off. No point in having that as an option online if you're not going to do your part. I'm sure others have had great experiences with this shop; I don't doubt that. I just cannot get on that boat with them because my experience wasn't great. If you know better, then do better. Quality customer service these days are horrible as it is already, don't make it worse. DO BETTER.

Sad part is we were suppose to receive 2 flower arrangements and instead sent 2 of the same that looked like they bought flowers from the side of the road and arranged them in mason jars. Family members were disappointed by what was sent. If I could rate negative stars they would get negative 100.

Overall I would say avoid this business…read more First off, I tried calling in an order but they never pick up the phone and don't return calls. Second the website is not mobile friendly, so don't even try that route. Ordered a nice looking bouquet online on a Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. They didn't arrive until l Friday afternoon with no notice of late delivery or anything! After they had not been delivered Wednesday I tried calling them Thursday afternoon and they wouldn't pick up or return my call. Tried emailing them too and no response. Then I went to the address listed on Yelp (there is no address on their website) in Roseville Square and surprised that the shop doesn't even exist there. Local business in the plaza told me there was a flower shop that moved or went out of business about a year ago. At this point I assumed I had been scammed, so I called my credit card company, reported the fraudulent transaction and at their suggestion canceled my credit card. Now I get to deal with the fallout from doing that. Great fun. Then my wife texts me on Friday afternoon thanking me for the flowers. The bouquet was really beautiful but after all this I am still just left shaking my head. Absolute worst communication I've ever experienced with a flower shop. Who does business like this??? Not one I'll be frequenting in the future.

The price tags are what kept me from walking out of here with anything, aaaaand then right into Daiso. Otherwise, wow, the difficulty of passing up so many cute and high quality items. We were greeted by a staff person when we first came into the mostly clean, organized store, and then left alone to browse (just how I prefer shopping, thanks) and giggle at the clearly labeled warnings for things it's sad to say folks need reminders for. Do not pick up plushies and rub them on your face? Wot. So yeah, those photos attached to my review are worth peeking at if you want to be amused. They have soooo many Pokemon and various other Nintendo properties represented among their plushies of all sizes. Just what I need, MOAR stuffed critters. I don't think I've ever seen that many Pokeymen in one place before! The Mario Kart shells were pretty cool too....green, red, and blue. Need a blue irl for Cyber Truck owners. What I could see myself buying here in the future would be stickers, notebooks, and/or stationary. I really liked the notebooks, but the designs I liked most weren't functional for my purposes. Everything *seems* to be imported and again, very nice quality, and this place will cost you because of it. I totally get it, but oof. Out of my tax bracket. Think buying stuffies at Disney properties then multiply by two. A very nice gift for someone who likes Nintendo, Mario Bros, Pokemon, Sanrio, Godzilla, and suchlike can be found here.
