I'll flip through a cook book, or handle some bar ware. But the reality is that neither she nor I often buy anything here. On our visit yesterday while looking at the fall clothing line-up I often remarked "Well this is a wear it once and then donate to Goodwill piece". The store ambience feels and the products on display reek of corporate slickness. Nothing has a home made by humans feel. I say that critically because that's the organic hip vibe that I feel Anthropologie is trying to grasp. Doesn't quite pull that off successfully.

I don't think they run on commission but it feels like walking into a furniture store. I understand saying hello and asking an initial question, but it doesn't end there. A lot of us are coming in to peruse peacefully, see if something catches our eye, but that's hard to do here because they seem to overwhelm the shopper and it feels like pressure to buy. Please, I know these reviews aren't taken seriously because there's been others before that don't get any reply from the owner, but consider that not every shopper is looking to be assisted in this way. I would come way more often if my experience was better. Please consider.

I had heard about Vuori's buttery soft fabrics and cozy loungewear, but experiencing it firsthand in the store truly exceeded my expectations. Since I was unfamiliar with their products, I brought several and I mean several items to the fitting room. Throughout my visit, multiple friendly associates assisted me, but Le stood out as exceptional. Le was kind, patient, funny, and knowledgeable, setting me up in the largest fitting room and regularly checking in with a smile. Le consistently brought me different sizes and made me feel truly valued from start to finish. The checkout process was just as wonderful, with Le helping me and even offering a hug for Mother's Day. Customer service can be unpredictable these days, but my experience at Vuori was outstanding. Thanks to Le, I am now a lifelong customer, and I will always remember the warm and thoughtful service I received. Le is truly exceptional, thank you Vuori! P.S. I absolutely love the items I purchased; each one feels heavenly every time I wear them.
