What's even more concerning is that after sharing my experience with a few of Kayla's coworkers, they admitted this isn't the first time she's provided less-than-stellar service. That kind of behavior, especially when it appears to follow a pattern, shouldn't be tolerated in any professional environment. I truly hope the management at Rendezvous takes this seriously.
