Went here with family while in town. The meal from start to finish was lack luster at best. Our appetizer came out after about 40 minutes cold and with a side of mayo instead of blue cheese. Everyone's entire meal came out cold and multiple items were incorrect, missing, or never brought out. The buffalo chicken tacos were tasteless and soggy from sitting in a pool of undrained chicken water. Super disappointed as we visit all the time. Server worked hard but was just not good at all. read more

We enjoyed our meal the meatloaf just different enough to be interesting the mac and cheese is really good little kick. It was really thick we were three hrs. Past lunch rush. The burgers were really good. Will go back. Had great service from every one. The salads were Pre packaged greens. They are served right from bag not washed. Even though prewashed. Should be always freshly washed and really cold to be good. Ours were room temp and wilted. In an upscale place should be perfect. One of the kitchen staff has a long huge bushy beard more hair than on some heads. Really should be netted. Love the place lots of potential. Were out of two really big side choices from the start of the day. That should not happen. Will try again. Hope they do well. Sherman really needs a place like this especially for guest. Limited menu. read more

Again it wasn't an implication that any other bartenders aren't smart, but just not as good as our previous bartender. As far as the cleanliness, there is no way that one person made the bathroom like that directly prior to me going inside, or the floors feeling like gum was sticking to my shoes already at 2pm unless someone spilled lemonade all over the floor and cleaned it with a wet moldy mop. I understand using this platform and response as an attempt to make my review look less harsh than it is, but sadly it can't be a simple brush over. read more

Great cheeseburgers at this restaurant (my hubby says the best burger he's had in a long time) ...and the bacon wrapped wings are phenomenal!! Decent prices on most of their menu. Also, you can have it delivered thru Texoma delivery, which is a nice perk! Will definitely recommend!! :) read more

Went with family (6 in the party). Three of the chicken fried steaks were burnt after we waited for 30 plus minutes. Another entree was wrong. At which point we sent the four entrees back. After another 30 minute wait we said to just box it up to go. Nothing was comped & they gave a $10 certificate for the next visit. read more

Stopped here based on reviews and after looking at the menu. Sherman is about half way between home and the casinos for us and we were not disappointed. It was crowded but seating was available right away. Waiter came to table quickly and suggested a couple of local beers and he was right. I had the club sand which and my wife has a burger. Both were delivered quickly, were warm and very tasty. This is a good place to go for bar food and beers. We'll stop for a bite to eat the next time were in the neighborhood. read more

First time here today and was not impressed, our server was friendly but left us hanging for some time before even taking our drink order, it appeared there were only two servers but they were not overly busy as it was the lunch hour. we ordered chips and salsa and monkey balls for starters and when the monkey balls finally arrived, no chips and salsa ( we didn't say anything) th n it took forever for our entrees to arrive. My club sandwich was good, my husbands pesto chicken salad was terrible the greens were brown and wilted and the chicken was soggy, the street tacos our daughter got were not good and the Elote that came as a side tasted like canned corn. Fries were pretty good as were the monkey balls and hot dog except we asked for mustard and got mayonnaise. I realize restaurants have some off days but they were not that busy and when I go to the restroom and pass by the kitchen and see the kitchen staff yucking it up and one employee eating, it makes me wonder. We all said we will give it another chance, hope it's better. read more

At these prices one would think they would at least take an order. Barkeep gave me a menu well over an hour ago, no interest in taking my order. None of the beers on the chalkboard are available. Great place to watch a game, if that is all you want to do. read more

Food could have been better. It was slow an received slow service. Also drinks were pricey. Could've had a cheaper meal an better service elsewhere. All teenage servers. Need training !! read more

I have watched the owners slowly turn a derelict office supply building into something amazing, and once they finished, I couldn't wait to eat here. To say Im disappointed is putting it mildly. Such a waste. Slow, slow incredibly slow service. Came at 12;05, to a less than half full restaurant. greeted promptly by a guy with a flat affect and no sense of humor. we were seated after following the clueless host through the entire restaurant past several empty tables. Ordered at 1215. Appetizer (monkey balls- jury is still out. Some form of stuffed mushroom.) showed up at 1230. To be clear, we ordered a chicken salad sandwich and a salad, so someone tell me why our food didn't show up until 12:55? Seriously? I watched 4 men get pissed and leave the patio because no one ever waited on them. i watched a professional couple wait 15 minutes before anyone even said hello and took a drink order. right now, There are 4 un bussed tables around, waiting on the waitress to clear them. why are the clearly limited wait staff busing tables? Why not the host? He's just standing and waiting and hoping someone will come in. Read that as: not doing a damn thing. Including smiling. Menu is average and limited but not amazing. Waitress was polite and apologetic, but there's no reason why someone should spent over an hour in here for lunch is as empty as this place is. And especially for something as simple as a salad. To be clear, the salad was good. The sandwich must have been sitting because the bottom bun was so soggy it fell apart as soon as he picked it up, so he ate his sandwich with a fork. but he said it was tasty. Hate to think how bad it is here at night, when they are busy. Clearly not yet running well. I got to say quite a disappointment, so don't bother coming unless you got plenty of time to spend, and I wouldn't dream of coming here in a big party. Still kinks to be worked out. Maybe ill try again later but sadly not anytime soon. read more

Love the building and history that comes with this place. Food was good, I think they still have room for improvement in the menu area as there wasnt a whole lot to choose from. Would love to see this place have events, concerts or other social functions rather than just another bar with sports constantly playing... we have plenty of that in sherman already. read more

Great beer selection, even some local brews. Had a burger and sweet potato fries, tossed in cinnamon sugar which was a nice surprise. Patio seating available. read more

Ate there today for first time, our waitress was great however the food was under cooked, the fries had to be sent back because they were just Browned not cooked our waitress even noted when she brought them to table, in her defense I watched and heard her argue with kitchen about them not being done before she brought them. I also watched as a young man blew his nose twice and did not wash his hands afterwards!! He even wiped his nose with just his hand!!! Food is to high not to be correct the first time!!! Also noticed the guy at the bar eating behind the bar and he didn't wash his hands either!!! Just a little food for thought people! read more

We went last night I had the chicken fried steak it was not good way to much seasoning everything was cold and way over priced in my opinion my friends both had the burger and both agreed they were ok but not great I won't go back very disappointed I heard good things and service was slow I will say the bacon wrapped wings were good but $10 for 8 quarter sized wings is a rip off read more

My wife and I rate places as "Do Overs". This place is a do over, but it is a large bar that serves food. It is not a restaurant that serves drinks if you understand the difference. So when we want a craft beer and wantbe upscale bar food this place passes the test, otherwise if we want a well made food and serviceable wait staff, we go someplace else. read more

First time trying this place and I was completely underwhelmed. Slow service. I mistook the bacon in the salad for nuts because it was so hard. Also definitely the worst mashed potatoes I have ever had. There was absolutely no seasoning, including salt, and they even tasted like they might have been old potatoes. Blech! Terrible value with small portions and I will never eat there again. Even though I ate my entire entree, I'm still hungry. Most places I can't even eat half of the food before I'm full. Extremely disappointing. read more

We went to OIP on January 30th. Their was 7 in our party. We got a table on the patio. Some of us had been here before but I have never been. Service was awful!! After waiting 20 minutes for someone I finally got up and ask for someone. And that's how it went the whole time. My son had chips and queso and my niece had a cheese burger dry with lettuce. The rest of us just had drinks. Took Burger forever to come out and when it did it was missing the lettuce. We as for it and after asking twice she finally got her lettuce by now her burger was cold. We were there having drinks and visiting for 3 hours. Every time we needed a drink we had to find waitress and then we had to find her to get it. Bar is super slow!!!! It was busy when we first got there but still a few open tables. I spoke to manager and he said they were not prepared for the day. I saw 2 different couples get up from their tables and leave because they couldn't get waited on. Sad you have a nice building and great location but if you don't provide better service and speed your bar up you won't make it. Not sure I would ever go back. Nothing special. read more
