I came in for a pedicure and was promptly seated. However the man who was doing my nails is really bad at his job and he cut my toe while clipping the cuticles and was just like "oh no sorry about that". I did not finish my pedicure and they did not ask me to pay, but I cannot recommend this place. This has never happened to me before anywhere else. My toe is still bleeding almost an hour later. They also tried to convince me to finish my pedicure but I was firm and left. Censoring my foot cuz there are weirdos on the internet.

I've been coming here for a few months now and everyone is so friendly! I recommend calling ahead to make sure they have time for your service. I normally go for gel pedicures and simple single-color manicures, but opted for a flower design today. I showed Tim a couple of reference photos and he was super detailed in his art!

I consistently have a fantastic experience here! The nail techs are incredibly friendly and make me feel so welcome. More importantly, the quality is great--my manicures and pedicures have been flawless and perfectly done. I've even brought my husband for date night pedicures. I walked in at lunchtime and asked for a manicure and pedicure. They got to working on me in the pedicure chair right away (doing my manicure and pedicure at the same time) - I appreciate this because I was short on time. I showed Tim a picture of the nails I wanted and he literally nailed it. The salon is clean, the staff are friendly, and they do quality work. I will definitely be back!

Bad service and bad attitudes. The gentleman that did my nails was very rough and damaged my real nails. Also, the paint job was terrible. Wont be coming back. Go to elsewhere.

I wanted to try out a new place close to my job and I immediately regret it. I am giving them 2 stars only because they seated me quickly and my pedicure is fine. I am really disappointed with the final outcome of my nails. The quality is horrible (see pictures): you can see my real nail through the acrylic and gel polish, they did not cut my real nails prior to putting on the acrylics, and the French tip design is so poorly done and crooked. The girl who did my pedicure and the design on my nails seemed like she was rushing and was not careful. I politely asked if the gel color on my toes would match my nails and they did their best to help me match it, but every other salon I have gone to, I am able to get the same color with no issue. After a while, I lost my patience and just wanted to pay and get out. I am super upset that I paid so much for such low quality work.

The place is very nice, bright, and clean. I came here for a gel pedicure with French tip last month and it was perfect! My nail tech made sure I was good with the thickness and he didn't rush. One month later and it is still going strong! Guess I'm due for another one soon... I would definitely come again!

After searching since I moved here in 2018 for my go to nail salon, I think I finally found it! I just got a pedicure today and it was an excellent experience. My tech Kim was super cheerful and sweet. She took her time to clean out my cuticles and extra skin extremely well. Also finally the shape of my toenails look good. Superb attention to details. I had been going to one in Livermore and even though they had great steps for their pedicures package, my finished polished toes didn't look good. I'm happy I was one of the early people to try this place! It's clean, chill, and has cute ambiance. The pedicure bowls are gorgeous! They also have a lot of gel colors to choose from. Easy parking in a private lot. Payments accepted are Venmo, Zelle and cash. No tax. If you use a credit card, then there's tax. I hope the quality of the pedicure continues as they get more popular. I will be a regular :)

I called to see if they accepted walk-ins and pleased to be received upon arrival. I asked the cost for a gel refill and was quoted one price but charged a higher price once the job was completed. I went today with my friend for a walk-in appointment to fill my acrylics in. Nancy did such a great job! She did my nails exactly how I wanted them, and kept them at a good length. I felt very confident leaving that nail salon knowing that my nails looked awesome! I highly recommend this place. Katie and Linda were great too and they did a great job on my friend's nails as well. read more

It's been a long time I get a pedi. My daughter recommended this place and said to ask for Nancy. I called this morning asking for appt w/Nancy and got a 1pm same day appt, pretty good. I requested Deluxe Gel Pedi. I loved my Pedi!! Nancy was nice, she even asked if i wanted another coat of nail polish, I appreciated that. My gel manicure chipped less than 6 hours after getting them done. Full nail was not painted. The nail shape is jagged and looks sloppy. There is paint on my skin. This was the worst manicure I've ever received unfortunately. read more

Terrible terrible service I called at 9:30 to get an appointment at 10, went in at 10:18, the owner was pissed why I didn't answer her call when she called me The salon was empty. 2 sisters working. One of the sisters quoted gel pedicure was 40$ and I asked her to do it for me, the owner came, angry at her sister. Telling me to leave, even after I told her I'll pay the 10 dollar extra. I asked the price for acrylics and they said 65 which I was ok with, when I came in the salon I asked the price for gel pedicure and the sister said 40, so I said I wanted that one. I left but definitely told her salon that it won't work if she is rude to her customers. It was her sister/employees fault for saying the wrong price. Very very rude. Please do not go, it's same price as all the other salons! Go where you get good customer service They want to project me as a Karen, but when I told her I was okay with paying 50 for my toes she kicked me out. I don't want to further get into this, it's not worth it. It's not the first time she asked someone to leave, check the other reviews, she has asked other customers also. read more

Beautiful clean salon with nice massage chairs. I got a deluxe pedicure with gel polish ($70) and the lady was so nice and kind. Gentle and did a great job! My feet are extra soft from the nice scrubs, lotions, and hot towels and stones they used. Exactly what I needed 37 weeks pregnant. read more

I was in desperate need of a pedicure.... Made an appt at 2pm, they told me they were behind & was asked to come back around 235. I said no problem, came back at 245, they sat me down, started the water for my pedicure and didn't see me like 3:20pm... Waited 35 to be seen (mind you it was more than half empty) she started removing the previous gel pedi I had and cut me... twice. The actual pedicure isn't bad & the ladies are very sweet. Probably won't come back, it's cute inside but there's so many nail salons in the area the have better service. Wanted to love this place but most likely won't come back :/ read more

I got a dip manicure here and it was terrible. The owner claimed "everyone in my shop knows how to do dip" before I made an appointment, but one definitely proved her wrong. The person did not know how to shape, sand and even cut me a few times. I will give them decor, but would not recommend this place if you are looking for a good set of nails. read more

First time at this salon and it is by far one of the best I have been to. The salon itself is very clean and has really cute decor/vibe. My friend and I were greeted immediately upon entering and did not have to wait to be sat for our pedicures. As far as the service itself, we both got gel pedicures/manicures and the ladies took their time to do an amazing job. They pay close attention to detail and when I was having trouble deciding on a color for my manicure, they actually helped me to find something I liked rather than rushing me to make a choice. I only got one of their names, which was Nancy, but all 3 that helped us were so pleasant and did a great job. I will most definitely be back!! Thank you ladies!! read more

I have been looking for a nail salon and safe to say, THIS IS THE ONE! It's soooo clean and pretty inside. They are fairly new, but super friendly & I would definitely recommend. Amazing customer service! Every time that I have gotten my nails done here I have left happy with my nails and my overall experience. They're super kind and considerate. The girl that was in the front was very polite and kind, i do have to be honest with that. It's very unfortunate because we were looking for a new salon as this was closer to home. However - first impressions matter & them talking bad, not following up or even trying to be helpful - is so disappointing. I would have given it no stars if i could have. The studio is in her home, but it's completely separate and downstairs -- just the garage and her nail space. It's all pink, pretty, private, and zen, and she always plays great music. I took my daughter to O's Nail Salon and Spa for her first set of acrylics, and we had an amazing experience! She brought an inspiration picture, and even though it was a detailed design, the ladies at O's were excited to bring it to life. They had everything needed--rhinestones, pearls, charms, and a huge variety of colors and designs--to perfectly recreate the look. They made sure the shape and length were exactly what we wanted and gave great advice along the way. The ladies were incredibly kind and attentive, sometimes working together or stopping by to compliment my daughter's nails and share in her excitement. It truly felt like a special experience! On top of that, her nails have lasted five weeks--not one has come off, which is incredible. We're heading back tomorrow for a fill! I also got a standard gel pedicure, and it turned out fantastic. The shape, length, and polish were perfect, and even five weeks later, my toenails still look great. The salon itself was clean, welcoming, and well-stocked with water and snacks. They even had a seat for me to sit next to my daughter while she got her nails done. The team at O's Nail Salon and Spa couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. The nail tech used dirty tools on my entire service. I had to ask her to please clean the previous dust on the drill before using on me. Towels covered in nails and dust. The files also had been used before and you're not supposed to reuse them...she hurt my fingernails with the metal tool. read more
