Park is super easy. Located on the second floor so you do have some stairs to go up. A cute space with 4 desk and 2 pedicures stations. They offer a variety or drinks and snack while you wait or during your service. The service is another level here. The care and detail to each client is catered to you. I got the pedicure gel. Don't think you gonna get the jets you get a wood pale with warm water perfect honestly and they throw in rose petals and you soak you feet in there. Note the chairs a bit deep to the floor so be careful. Service was done by Amanda, she is new but super sweet and the attention to detail the nail.. chef kiss! I'm visiting the Bay Area from SoCal and came across this nail place on Yelp, and I'm really glad I decided to try it out because the salon is very cute, and the service was excellent. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, and they chose colors and glitter very accurately. I requested a white cat eye with chunky glitter and stars, and they delivered exactly what I wanted with great attention to detail. I tend to pick my skin from stress, but they were extra gentle with my fingers and my skin, especially around the areas I picked at. I've been coming to Nail & Bloom several times since last Dec, and Zoey usually does my builder gel overlay. I've always appreciated her work and liked how builder gel helps my nails last longer and stronger, and Zoey is usually very detailed and takes her time to make the progress. However, my most recent visit was disappointing. The gel did not look even. One of my middle fingernails looked noticeably thick, especially near the base where the gel appeared heavier than other areas. At the same time, some parts looked too thin and almost sheer. I was not happy with the final look. :( When I mentioned it, Zoey first said I could come back to repaint them for an extra $20. That didn't sound right to me because I only may come back due to the result not being satisfactory. Later, she said they could fix it for free within 10 days, but I wish that had been explained clearly from the beginning. I was also charged $10 to remove my old gel, even though their policy says returning clients get free removal with a new manicure set. Zoey said it was because my last set was done somewhere else and because I waited too long before coming back. (I did my nail last month when I was traveling in Asia.) She also mentioned the camera was watching her, so she couldn't waive the fee. The explanation was confusing. It's not about the $10, but the experience made me feel like returning customers are not truly valued. I've had good experiences here before, and I hope their service and policy can be a bit more transparent and consistent. My feedback to Kate Hi Kate, thanks for your response. I understand your policy better now, but I still wish it had been stated clearly before I was charged. The wording about "free removal for returning clients with a new manicure set" was confusing to me, so I hope this can be clarified for future clients. Regarding the nails, my concern was not about wanting a different color. It was about the builder gel application looking uneven, with some areas too thick and other areas too thin/sheer. The nail shape doesn't look natural at all. My middle fingernail looks like a puffy balloon now. No customer wants to spend two and half hours and pay for a result they are not satisfied with. Also, having to go back and spend another 40 minutes (according to Zoey) to fix the nails is not just about the cost, but also the extra time. Everyone's time is valuable. Do you agree? I appreciate that you offered a free correction, but I wish this option had been communicated clearly from the beginning instead of first being told there would be an extra charge. I actually found this salon through Yelp. After seeing so many great reviews and all of the cute nail photos people posted, I knew I had to give them a try for myself. I'm so glad I did because they did not disappoint! The salon itself is on the smaller side, which is different from what I'm used to, but it felt clean, cozy, and welcoming. What immediately stood out to me was their gel polish selection. They have so many unique colors that I've never seen anywhere else, and I genuinely loved all of the options. My nail tech was Cici, and she was absolutely wonderful. She was so kind, patient, and incredibly talented. I got a gel pedicure ($65) and a Signature Gel Manicure ($65) with Gel-X extensions ($30). Cici really took her time, especially with my manicure. Her attention to detail--particularly around my cuticles--is top tier. She was so gentle that I hardly felt a thing throughout the entire appointment. I chose color #134 (I'm not sure of the brand), which is a beautiful sheer, buildable teal-ish shade. Cici took the time to explain how the color builds with each coat, which I really appreciated. We decided on three coats for my toes and two coats for my fingers. Originally, I wanted just one coat on my fingers, but you could still see my natural nail underneath. Looking back, I think I would have liked the one-coat look more if my natural nails had been trimmed as short as possible first. This was my first time getting Gel-X, so I didn't realize I should have asked Cici to trim my natural nails before applying the extensions. Lesson learned! I'll definitely be back next month to try the one-coat look again, and this time I'll make sure to ask Cici to trim my natural nails first. Overall, I had such a great experience. Between the unique color selection, Cici's amazing technique, and the care she put into every detail, I can definitely see why this salon has such great reviews. I can't wait to come back! read more

I think I finally found the best nail salon for gel in San Ramon! I used to go to another nail salon in San Ramon but stopped since they increased the prices by way too much. So I've been on a hunt for another salon nearby. I'm currently 33 weeks pregnant and have been longing to get my nails done and have some me time. I was seen with Zoey for signature gel mani & unexpectedly added on gel builder for it to last longer. When I first came in to the studio, she offered drinks and snacks :) Zoey was very sweet, welcoming, and kept checking in with me on the shape and size of my natural nails. She takes her time and I love that because I feel like I'm getting quality service and nothing rushed. My first visit was a bit pricey (since I had polish to remove) but that price for removal will not be charged at your next visit and with that, it's reasonable. What a hidden gem! When you first walk in, it's a cozy little spot and it fits up to 4 techs. It was clean and you can see the types of polishes they have on the wall. I chose to come here cause my place is closed for 2 weeks but after the service I got, I think im going to have to switch salons! The ladies are super friendly. My tech was Zoey and she was super nice. She was very meticulous with working on my nails. They do take their time to make sure everything is done correctly. The tools feel clean and that they sanitize every thing really well. I had builder gel done and my nails look so good! She removed my old set and Omgsh, I was embarrassed on how it looked! The materials they use there are quality product . She took her time and even tho it's pricier than what I typically get, I think this will be my new nail place. I came in as a walk in for a pedicure on a Sunday around 11am. There were two staff working and already had appointments scheduled. They were so accommodating and let me know I could come back at 12:30pm - I just stepped out for lunch and came back no problem. They greeted me and offered beverages throughout my pedicure. Just had a mani/pedi here and it was fabulous! Such a relaxing, positive experience and i LOVE my nails! They really made sure i was happy with the color, shape and length; even though i kept asking for revisions on the length (i like my nails really short and a specific shape). They never seemed annoyed or rushed, unlike the last nail place i was going to (cough...Pure Organic....cough, cough...nails) where they would push me to pick a color right away and talk trash, were so rude, did a cruddy job and never ever cleaned the chairs...anyway this place is so clean and cozy; like night and day. I was the only one there (they only have one chair for a pedicure and 3 tables for manicures- so it's very small, intimate and chill. They are pricey, but worth it.
