I really like this nail salon! Both Teresa and Sue are awesome! The salon is very clean. Every now and then I have that issue with an in grown nail and Teresa knows exactly what to do to relieve the pain and remove the nail. Sue is very patient and ensures a very relaxing pedicure. I am with Yomi I went to this place for 20 years and now it's garbage!! ZERO integrity. They messed up a couple of months ago by putting me with someone NEW because they were so busy to busy to take care of a 20 year client! Then the new person messed up whom is now fired and they convinced me to take down my bad rating, . Now I make an appointment with the manager Heidi for 2pm. She texts me at 1:30 when I am already in route to the store and says it will be at 2:50pm but I will put you with a new guy! Wow knowing what happened last time ! So instead of getting another employee to take care of her client, she kept taking people knowing I had an appointment at 2:00pm because of money! Again ZERO integrity! Money over customer service! Then when I call and say I'm not coming she calls back and can miraculously get another employee to finish her client . Well she should have done that in the first place and never called me to tell me to wait almost an hour! If I wanted to come at 2:50pm I would have made that appointment time to begin with in the first place! Do yourselves a favor NEVER go there are far better nicer places around like Serenity Spa on Springfield real close much nicer and professional. Oh Nails should be called Uh Oh Nails because they have gone completely down hill! GARBAGE if I could give ZERO stars I would like their integrity! read more

I love this place. I have been coming here for 6 years and the service is great. My favorite technician is Heidi. She always makes time for me and takes her time ensuring the best manicure and pedicure. She always is great at facials, massages and waxing. Horrible management, went to get my nails done Sunday, I got my pedi done as well, they cut the bottom of my foot & lady said "you no bleeding" & went off to doing my feet, when I got to the nail part, first of all they were rushing because it was about closing time, mind you my appointment was at 3:30 pm and they closed at 5:00 pm I asked for coffin shape & got some weird round shape. Then they send me to another lady for coloring & she keep telling me that "she didn't do color" she only helped. Went back to the other lady & she "finished my nails" I told her I wasn't happy with the nails. She told me to sit and that she was going to fix them. My nails still looked like stick on nails & today 07/21/2020 a week after my nails were unsticking & I called and asked to get my money back because I had paid about 60 sum dollars & to get those nails off. & all they was take my nails off & gave me some bull shit 15$ certificate to go back!!! LIKE NO I DONT WANNA GO BACK & USE THE STUPID CERTIFICATE. HORRIBLE PLACE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ! I'm so angry ! WOW...one simple word is what comes to my mind after getting my nails done here. When I went to the last one, I thought I had found what was going to be "MY" new nail place here in the area, after having gone to five previous ones. Then, one day while I was shopping around for a new veterinarian, I stumbled upon a nail place and needed to get my nails done anyway. I walked in and immediately felt at home!!! The service, staff, environment, EVERYTHING felt, looked, and WAS AMAZING!!! I AM IN LOVE!!! I started going here about two years ago. My only real complaint is the inconsistency to the mani/pedis they give. One time it will be absolutely fantastic, and the next time not so good. At first I used a lovely tech named Kathy, but since she left over a year ago, it has been really hit or miss. My biggest complaint has always been that the polish is too thick--sometimes takes 2 hours to become really dry, so it is easy to smudge. Went in yesterday for mani/pedi and eyebrow wax. I did not get toenails polished, which always throws them. I was out of there in less than 50 minutes, even with 10 minutes manicure drying time. I felt like I was in a whirlwind. This morning I took a really close look at the eyebrows and realized that my left brow was trimmed much smaller than the left. Am going back this morning to get this fixed. Showed up on 4th of July...people were friendly. The atmosphere is very nice, However my services seemed very rushed. My overlay turned out nice after a little bit of coaching. I'm giving them 3 stars because it's a nice place, open on a holiday and they were very nice. Prices are too high in my opinion (45.00) for Gel Nails is alot compared to other salons. Probably won't return simply because I had to ask my nail tech to clean up under my nails which is a big no no for me. But if you need a nice spot for basic over priced services open on a holiday this place will fit your needs! read more

I will NEVER go to this salon again. Before going, I called around to a few places to see if they had the treatment that I like. They said they did and so I went. Upon arriving, I find out that they actually didn't offer the product in the colors I wanted, but I went ahead with the fill anyway... I needed a fill for my sister's wedding. The nail tech promised to fix my nails as close to what I wanted. I asked how much this fill would cost and she said $40 since it would essentially be a "pink and white fill" and that's not uncommon. However, she never did the white part of the fill. Instead she painted while nail polish over the acrylic as though I had asked or a french manicure. When I asked her to redo it, she became rougher with the electric filing tool and cut my cuticles in several locations. In the end, I received only a fill, french manicure and gel topcoat and I was still charged $40... services that should have been no more than $27! read more

I have been coming here since 2009. A friend of mine introduced me to them and I would get my brows and nails done. But not anymore. I have been getting stuck with Tammy and she always disappoints me; she does a sloppy job on your nails. The last time I was there I went in strictly for my brows and she didn't do a good job. Idk if it was because she noticed I had my nails freshly done but she wasn't as nice as usual. I will say if you go here don't let anyone other than Lin do anything on you. Also Heidi is great but she's only there by appointment because I think her main salon is elsewhere. read more

They don't even deserve a one star rating here. So from my last review about how bad my nails were....it was not even a week and they were chipping and falling out. So I went back to get it fixed because the manager said she would re-do it. I got gel fill previously, and when she did it again, she judy put a clear gel nail polish and then the color. I told her that's not refilling with proper gel, but she insisted that it was. The nails were again chipping and 2 fell off yesterday. Now I got my nails re-done at a different salon and the process to fill the gel was nothing that oh nails did. The lady who did my nails asked me how oh nails did it... And then said that they ripped me off! I paid over $40 for absolutely nothing! I am beyond pissed with this place and feel like walking in and start screaming. My cousin also got a manicure, and they did not put her hand in hot wax and give her a proper treatment....but everywhere else does a proper job, because she did it again at a different place too. I went to this salon. Vivian did my toenails. She used the Electric Nail Care Kit machine tool on my toenails and my cuticles. It was very painful. Also she grinded my nails done to the bone. She also used the scouring pad to rub on my legs and feet. The nail polish was the sloppiest job I ever had. She used the razor with lotion to trim the dead skin off my feet. Then I noticed when I get home that one of my heels are very tender and I have scratches on my toe from the scouring cleaning sponge. Then after she finished, she used the same scouring pad sponge to clean out the basin. Never again! read more

Nice big clean salon. The atmosphere was very relaxing. Initially, I wasn't pleased with my tech - she made me feel like I couldn't get away from her fast enough. I can't put my finger on it but I felt she really didn't care whether she took care of me or not. That said, I got a basic manicure which lasted SIX DAYS before it STARTED chipping; the tech did not attempt to upsell my manicure, just did what I asked and maybe that's why I felt she wanted me out of there. Nail color usually chips off my nails within a few days and by the sixth day, it's completely gone. Obviously, this place uses good quality product. read more

The customer service here was awful! I went to get a manicure with my daughter Sunday afternoon. The place was pretty empty. After my manicure, I was seated at the drying station where the fan was not working. I told the technician that the fan was not working and she assured me it was even though the blades were not moving and there was no air flow! I got up to move to an area where a fan was working and I accidently smudged one nail in the process. I apologized to the technician and explained what had happened. She ran over to the drying station and attempted to turn on every switch to make the one fan work. I told her to look at the fan blades...they were not moving. She game back to her station and was very upset that I asked her to paint the one nail over. She was shaking her head and saying that next time I need to tell her when I will be moving to a fan that actually worked, she was quite irritated! Well, there won't be a next time for me at this salon. She should have apologized to me not the reverse. There were no other customers waiting and the salon was open for another 45 minutes, I don't know why she was so upset over having to apply polish to one nail. As far as the manicure was concerned, it was just ok. The polish needed to be thinned out because they were out of the color that I wanted. This place is not worth it! This salon has just lost two customers!!!!!!! read more

Oh! No is more like it. Went on Sunday morning and the gentleman that did my pedicure used the cheese grater and razor on my big toes and now am unable to walk! I enjoy this place sooo much.. the ladies are amazing, very accomodating. Whenever i come here which is usually once every 2 weeks for mani/pedi, full set acrylic the women are great. after my second visit they knew me by name and would offer me bottled water. Tipping is not mandatory but always appreciated in any situation (ive learned over the years) . I see vivian she is great, soo funny too, we crack jokes during my visit. There is a lanuage barrier as she speaks vietnamese and i dont.. but we get by. Good service Great people... ill definately be coming back.. have an appt today actually ..lol. read more

OH Nails is a hidden jewel of a nail salon in Springfield. It is literally hidden in the Springfield Plaza strip mall, all the way back past the vet and Tommy Thai (also a great place to check out). But, once you enter you will NOT find the typical walk in trashy nail salon. You will find friendly and skilled staff and a spa like atmosphere, with fancy pedi chairs and glass bowls, soft lighting, and separate waxing and facial rooms. I've been going there for over a year and I wouldn't go to get my nails done anywhere else. No one can believe my nails are acrylic tips, they look so real. Grab your girlfriends and go get pampered. If only they had a liquor license so you could drink wine it would be perfect! read more

I asked Vivian to clean up my eyebrows and I told her about 5 times that I just wanted the stray hairs waxed and she went ahead and waxed my eyebrows way thinner than my actual eyebrows and waxed off my arch so my eyebrows were round after and STILL made me pay for it. Sloppy job by Theresa. The salon is nice but I have never had a sloppier job done. Spent $57 plus tip for pedicure (nail polish sloppy and lumpy) and gel manicure already has a chip in one nail in one day plus you can see some of the old polish on the sides on some of my nails. And in some areas the gel is thicker than other areas. I am pissed because I went here because they other salon I was going to used to do a good job but started not doing a good job. What is it about doing a good job the first couple of times so you come back and then getting sloppy and taking it for granted that you will come back? I would go ask for my money back but they would probably just try and talk me into having it done over. Won't go back. On top of that, it took her forever. Slow and sloppy. Went to "Oh Nails" two nights ago with my boyfriend to get our eyebrows done. We walked in and were told to sign in and have a seat. They only had about four nail technicians working and after about 20-30 minutes they finally asked us to make our way to the back room. I decided to go first and the lady made no effort to ask me how I wanted my eyebrows to shaped. Which is a red flag because not everyone has the same facial structure and features. I ended up telling her what I wanted regardless and she did a decent job. While she was doing mine another lady came in and starting working on my boyfriends brows. AGAIN, she made the same mistake my lady did and didn't ask what he wanted. He didn't say anything either cause you would think that if a guy came in they would just want some maintenance done, but no. She just started working and ended up butchering his brows. She gave him high arched thin brows that were meant for a woman!!! read more

Went in for an eyebrow and lip wax. First, I was taken to a room with two beds, one of which was occupied. I guess I should be glad I didn't need a bikini wax. Anyway, I was in a rush so I stayed. They woman started my right eyebrow. It tugged a bit but seemed ok. My lip stung a bit too but I hadn't had a lip wax in a while so I thought I would be ok. When I looked in the mirror, my eyebrows had a nice shape. I was super red but I am fair skinned and tend to get that way. As the redness subsided around my eyebrows, I noticed that the woman had pulled off a large chunk of skin. I seriously look like I got into a knife fight with a tiny sword. I am so angry. I was in a rush yesterday because I am going on vacation. Thanks for messing up my face, Oh Nails. You are terrible. My lip is still red and raw. I have never had anything like this happen before. This was my first and last time at Oh Nails. Please, if you enjoy having skin on your face, don't go here. If you feel that you have way too much skin around your lips and eyebrows, this place can totally help you :/ read more

I went on Saturday with my girlfriends and while the pedicure was fine, one of my friends did not even get a pedicure! I had called the day before to see if we needed appointments and they had told me that walk-ins were welcome. My friend sat there for 45 minutes, waited and never got helped at all. It was absolutely ridiculous. She was not apologized to, and she was basically ignored. I asked at one point if she was going to be helped and the girl said she had an appointment coming in. I didn't see anyone come in. They never even came up to her after she got out of the chair realizing that she was not going to get helped. My friend took it all in stride, saying to me that she would just go to her regular place the next day. She took the whole thing better than I ever would have. The whole event left a very sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to this salon- EVER. Best of luck staying open if this is how you treat your customers. read more
