I showed the lady the picture I wanted and being new to nail etiquette I did not know the photo had a shape but it was coffin shape. She noticed this, I did not. I was dumb founded and thanked her because Hugo Nails never caught on to this. I would leave Hugo Nails with beautiful nails no doubt but something was off and that was the shape. At Hugo Nails the lady gave me square shape 2 different times even when the pictures I showed were clearly coffin (as I know now). I also will say their prices are fabulous! Only $15 for a fill *regular polish, love it! Okay so for the negatives.. it took the Luxury Nails nail technician an hour and a half to give me a fill.. yes I lost one nail and yes she needed to reshape my nails from square to coffin but an hour and half, come on. Another bad thing here is that she filed my pinky nail so harshly it bleed and was an open wound for a good few days after. Finally I left here being told my nails were plenty dry, nope!
