I called ahead for a walk in to get acrylics done and they had availability which was perfect, I came in and was almost immediately sat down in a chair. I showed Nina, the woman who helped me, a picture for an idea of what I wanted and she replicated it perfectly with the adjustments I wanted. I've gotten my nails done before and these are by far the best I've ever had! Nina was super nice and improvised a design because I wasn't sure what I wanted and she did amazing! I had my nails done last Monday 12/4 and Wednesday 12/6 I broke a nail at work then another on Thursday and another Friday I called to make an appointment to have them fixed and the woman Nina or whatever made an appointment for Monday (today) she had asked 11 or 12 I said 1130 so I arrived at 11:25 walked in she seemed irritated she had to fix her mistakes and she had someone in her chair she was working on. I then waited 20 minutes for my appointment I got irritated and left I will not go back ever! Before you assume I am rough on my nails at work I sell jewelry so nothing that would cause the breakage I had! If I could give less then 1star I would! read more

As we finished I said "I can't believe how fast you do pedicures" the man said "next time you come in we can do longer" What?? I see Anna every time I go which is usually about every 3 weeks for a fill on my gel acrylics and she does an amazing job each time, especially for the price! Very pleased with my service today and will be returning. I did not have an appointment but was greeted by friendly staff. This is the first time I have been in this salon. Hands down the cleanest and nicest looking salon in town. I waited only 10 minutes and was helped by a very nice young man who gave me a gel pedicure. I have no complaints, everyone was so friendly and my feet and toes look amazing! Great prices too! read more

It was the worst jobs I have ever seen! They did a pedicure on me which was fine BUT when I showed her the picture of what I would like done for my nails she said she could do it which was GREAT! Until the time came when she finished my nails, I looked at them and they looked nothing like the picture. Most of the colors weren't even the same and the shapes the colors were didn't look like the picture. The paint was splotchy. NEVER GO HERE! read more

Absolutely the WORST EVER in 20 years. Pedicure, Gel Fill & 2 add broken nails fixed. One hour total . I was shuffled in after I was given attitude for not having an appointment. ( WALK IN"S WELCOME) Not! I have never gotten a 20 minute pedicure and paid $30.00. No how do you want them shaped, anything. Nails, where square now are round, she ignored my request to use the same polish as was on my toes. Granted I had gel nails but stated I did not want get polish. 3 people were told to come in for appointment and left after waiting 30 minutes with at least another 25 minute wait in front of them. All of my nails are uneven, the look rediculous. The polish is so thick I could peel it off. And oh yes she cut me twice. It was not until I had to pay that she was somewhat nice. Well let me just start out by saying, that pretty much all the reviews before mine are from when this place was the old LA Nails. When Nam and those other nice people owned it. Ever since the new owners of LA Nails have been there, this place has been absolute crap even though I only had to go there one time to figure out it was the worst nail experience I've ever had having my nails done for 15 years now. And I didn't even get to the point where they actually got to do my nails. My mom had her nails done first, we both had an appointment for 3 a clock. My mom got in at 3. And the only other person there started doing a simple polish change on a woman at 10 to 3. I was still sitting there waiting for my 3 appointment at 10 after 4. They were so rude, no apologies, charge my mom $5 over the actual original price of $30 for a fill, and said that the $5 was for having them a little bit longer and almond-shaped. The kicker is the Oriental woman that did my mom's Nails didn't even know what almond-shaped were and had my mom a picture of them before she could even try to do them. And then has the balls to charge her $5 extra for doing them like that. I have more to say but I just get so mad even happened to repeat it. I left without having my nails done and went somewhere else and I'm glad I did I wouldn't have them people there at out the new LA Nails do my nails for free!!! read more

Came in today as a "walk-in". The lady was very welcoming and pleasant. They got me in pretty quick for a mani and pedi and I also needed some acrylic nails removed. The gentleman helping me today was very gentle and caring. By far the best service I have ever had anywhere! My nails turned out beautiful! I definitely will be back. read more

Horrible service!! Called in early to make a reservation. When we got there we still had to wait for 15 min. Then when we sat down to get a pedicure she cut our nails way to short. They actually bled. Also she scrubbed our feet so hard that she scrubbed the skin off. Not impressed at all and this was our fist and last visit to this "salon". read more

Horrible service too/two. Went in to get gel nails. Two days later they were cracking all over the place, deep cracks. So I go in to show them the problem. The woman in charge decides to sand them down with a little disk sander. Then she realizes that this is not going to work to just topcoat the problem. In the end, my nails are down to the bed, my hands are raw from soaking in the solution, and she tells me that the problem was the polish color is difficult, So to avoid this, I ask for a different color. I have been there for more than an hour and did not have time for this. THEN, she tells me that she needs to charge me $10.00 for changing the color. I pay it and leave, thinking my husband and I will not come back again. A few days later, the paint is chipping and easily peels off. read more

Clean. Professional. Skilled. We come up to this area every summer from Chicago. We've tried other salons in the area and we were not impressed. However, the technicians at LA Salon did a great job today. They took their time and were very thorough. The salon is clean and they don't reuse their products but instead uses individual packets. While trimming my cuticles on my toes, the pedicurist began cutting away at my skin, causing me to bleed like a stuck pig. She said I had "sensitive skin." Yes, I do - when it's sliced open! When filing my fingernails, the manicurist paid no attention - ended up with half a nail (the tips looked like a crooked slice of pizza) - I ended up sitting there filing down my own nails to shape them again and lost quite a bit of length. The gel manicure was awful - streaky and patchy - and she painted it all over my cuticle bed and my fingers so it's just peeling off (I was there 4 hours ago.) The salon is not very clean either... I should've gone with my gut and walked out as soon as I walked in... Thought I'd put a review on here to save you the time and trouble :) read more

I was have been a client for a few years and was recently accused of not paying for my last pedicure. This was by no means true. I was appalled and embarrassed. I also now have a swollen toe from a possible infection from this visit. Hands down my worst experience ever. I will never return to this establishment. read more
