Was greeted by a warm welcome and then everything went downhill from there. Waited roughly around 30 minutes and then when I was taken back and showed my nail tech the picture they were oblivious and had no clue what they were doing. Once they got started my fingers were on fire the entire time and bleeding. Almost all of my nails ended up crooked and the wrong shape. To top it off as I was getting my nails done I witnessed several other customers get mistreated and denied for service. Everything in the salon is also very very unsanitary. I was able to get in right away however didn't feel very welcomed. 6 workers and 4 were on their phones, 1 was reading a book and the other was doing her nails. Prices have really increased since I was there a couple of years ago. I won't be back. read more

I loved coming to this place on vacation when Summer worked here but she no longer does. Kim, the owner has done my nails twice now and I just left unhappy for the second time. I get acrylics with gel on top and she globs it on so it runs into the cuticle and then uses her nail to dig in to scrape it away. not only does this hurt, but leaves bubbles in the gel that lift and make them peel within a week or so. It's also not very clean so I have to clean up my hands with acetone after and risk dulling the top coat on my nails. This has happened both times... The picture is of my nails and fingers as I'm sitting in the parking lot. She also grinds the shit out of my nails so last time they were sore for three days after I got them done... She burned me a few times today and the sides of two of my nails are still throbbing. I can only imagine what they're going to feel like tomorrow I also got a very simple nail design in one nail but wanted to move the design over to the middle finger which I told her about six times and throughout the time that she was painting my nails so I had to correct her several times and pull my hands away before she would actually listen to what I was saying. Just kind of annoyed that I had to point out obvious bubbles/ripples in the paint (more grinding and repainting)... The other two guys in here seem to do good work which is why I left three stars, I was checking out the nails of the girls next to me and they looks like they did a good job and were doing everything correctly. I probably won't be coming back because I don't want to feel awkward asking for a different person. read more

First time going there and I will not go back. I called and scheduled an appointment for the following day for a pedicure. When I arrived for my appointment they brought me over to a pedi chair to soak for 45 minutes while the guy that was going to do mine finished another appointment. I soaked so long that the water went cold and I was pruny! Really wish they had told me they were running that late so I could have gone and done something else in the meantime. Once he started, there was a bit of a language barrier as to what type of pedi I wanted. I tried to explain that I wanted a classic pedi and nothing that was fragrant, like some of the aromatic soaks. Apparently he thought I wanted a hot stone treatment because that's what I got, adding $17 to the $40 pedi I wanted. I was worried when he used the electric nail file on my cuticles as well as a rough square file to buff the nail. He ended up damaging/cutting my toe with the file and causing major burning when he sprayed acetone on it right before he started polishing. It still hurts 2 days later and has a scab. read more

I went in for a pedicure and it seemed clean and friendly other than they were using empty Gatorade and other drink bottles to throw used cotton balls in. Kinda gross but whatever I guess. I was going for a basic pedicure but got talked into getting gel. I was told it would last longer. Uh. No. Within a week the gel started peeling up and taking the top layer of my nail with it. My nails are now very rough looking and some are even in pain. It's finally sandal season and my nails look super gross because I'm waiting for them to heal before I attempt to alter them again. I won't be returning to this nail salon. read more

First time having a pedicure. Technician was friendly and was very patient. Wasn't so sure I would like it, but it was very relaxing and I love my new feet. I went there for the first time 9 days ago. Kim did a good job but she was very rough, grabbing my hand & flipping, etc. I have a cut on one cuticle & under one nail. I have pink & whites on my own nails. One is lifting from the base. I will never go back to this salon. read more

I walked in on a Tuesday evening and only had to wait about 5 minutes. My nail technician, Henry, did an excellent job! He was very detailed with the basic gel polish manicure I got. I typically have horrible cuticles, but he polished my nails up nicely-better then I've ever had them done! They were really friendly and prices were reasonable. read more

Clean, fast, reasonably priced and friendly. I was able to get an appointment the same day by calling in the morning, but they were staffed to handle several walk-in clients while I was there. They offered a large variety of polish colors. I just got the manicure/pedicure, but the majority of the clients in the salon at the time were there for the acrylic nails; so he prepared for whatever the smell is the seems to go with that process. You know the one, 10 x's stronger than your typical acetone nail polish remover. I am not a frequent flyer to these type of establishments, but it seems to be the standard at these nail salons. That is the reason for the 4 stars vs 5, otherwise they did a great job on my nails! read more

Wonderful place. You can walk in without an appointment and get your nails done. I always get fake nails and Ive never had a problem with the finished product. The only complaint I could have is one time they accidently cut me, but they cleaned it up right away it wasnt much of a problem. Very friendly people. read more

I went there to get a pedicure and a manicure. The lady that was doing my pedicure did a great job!!!! Kim did my nails and was rough on them like flipping them over and etc. I do like the color thou. I will probably go back for my pedicure. But I will have to think about my nails. read more

My first time there was ok, so I went back for a second. My first pedicure was done by the owner's husband. He was very friendly and I thought did an ok job until he painted my nails and it was lumpy. His wife had to repaint them. Still ok. My second experience was the one that sealed the deal that I will not return. The guy doing my pedicure spoke very little English, so we had some difficulty communicating. First of all, the water in the tub had floaters in it. I thought that was pretty gross, but I was trying to be an agreeable customer as they were a little busy. Then things went south. Instead of trimming the skin along my nails he pulled and ripped it off. That did not feel good nor was it relaxing. I tried telling him and hopefully the gentleman who spoke English communicated this to him. Then he used the scrub to exfoliate. I kept looking at my legs because I was pretty sure they were bleeding. I'm could feel I had a few cuts because when he put the overly hot stones on my legs I could feel where he had scrubbed the skin off of my legs. Then they overcharged me. I got a spa pedicure which was $40, added gel polish and a design, which any other place would've been $10 total. The girl who painted my toes said $15. But my total was $60. I just wanted to get out of there, but realized it later. Then, during the night I was awakened by a throbbing pain in my big toe. It was red, swollen, and painful. Thank you for an infection. As they were finishing my pedi, a lady next to me commented, "Are these clean, I can't risk infection, I'm a diabetic", and I thought, good luck lady. I hope she fared better than I did. I should've went to an actual salon and paid the $50 for the pedi. It would've been well worth it. I will never return to this place again, ever. Oh - and I'm pretty sure the guys who did my Pedi's were not licensed. I don't know about WI, but in MN they have to display their licenses. When I had asked the owner's husband where he had done his training he only talked about where his wife went to school. Never again. read more
