So I walked back out to my car with wet hair when it was 10 degrees outside. I still have split ends, and now I have to go pay for another haircut somewhere else. My stylist didn't smile once, and spent most of the time chatting with a woman (the owner? another hairdresser?) who was wearing her pajamas in the middle of the shop. When I asked the price I was told $70.00 for one bottle. 2 for $70.00 Good deal! But when I called about the over charge it was no, "the price is 50% off each bottle" which makes sense but I was charged over $50 per bottle for a total of $105. Bottom line I paid $343 for something that should have been $300 or less. A receipt was supposed to be emailed to me but I never got one.
