Despite being a loyal client, the atmosphere feels snobby and dismissive. On my most recent visit, I asked for a bob trim with some adjustments. The stylist, while knowledgeable and initially reassuring, delivered a very underwhelming result. The cut was basic, with no products used, and the styling was unacceptable. I don't believe anyone should have to pay that much to walk out with a style that felt incomplete. In fact, the service level here feels no better than a budget chain salon, despite luxury pricing. I've had warmer, better experiences elsewhere. While I can't speak to their intentions, it felt as though the lack of care implied they only value certain clientele. As a returning customer, I never felt respected or valued. Everyone deserves to feel welcome, and I hope they reflect on that.

They've been enough to keep me a way for a while, but somehow I end up always going back. I did however have one issue in particular that management handled well. I've been happy with the overall management and clearly they are doing something right, as there are a few faces that have been there since I started going in the 90s! I do think you will be overall happy going to La Grande Salon. They also have a cute little store within that's worth checking out.
