Check out this salon!…read more I definitely had a five-star experience! I'm so satisfied with the results of my hair color and having my hair rejuvenated with the Olaplex bond building treatment. It helped repair my damaged hair. My hairstylist was Adeana. She is very talented, has excellent customer service skills, fun to talk too, and gives a fantastic head massage while washing your hair. Your temperature is taking at arrival, and there is hand sanitizer provided. All staff and clients must wear masks. It is also my understanding that due to COVID, they temporarily had to suspend coffee and other treats they offer, such as snacks and different beverages. They still do have bottles of water available. The inside of the salon is so clean, and they even wipe down the sink and chair after someone has used it. The Interior is decorated so lovely with plants and all different fun mirrors!

I highly recommend The Hairdressers as they really care and value their clients, and above all, they have integrity, which can be a rarity in this business.

Have you ever been to a place where you know you are being heard and understood? Well, recently I…read morediscovered a hair salon where I told the stylist, Scott that I wanted my color touched up and a trim. That is what he did. This was my first appointment with Scott, I felt comfortable and assured that this was going to be a successful visit. The results were great. I know I'm just writing about a hair appointment, but this visit was remarkable. I felt like it was my time to be a little happier than the hum drum of every slushy winters day. That I can look good outside and perhaps my internal being will feel good too. The owners name is Linda. She manages The Hair Gallery as well as provides haircare services for customers. This salon is very close to where I live. It's convenient to have The Hair Gallery so close, but if they were located far away, I would travel far to have such excellent care. I had a friend refer me to The Hair Gallery. So friend, treat yourself to a day (or whatever time works best for you) at this friendly salon. The Hair Gallery has its own website. It is, thehairgallery.com. Also, ask for Scott because he's an awesome stylist.

I'm a professional woman and I need a professional haircut, what I got, even though I was pretty specific about what I wanted, was my 80 year old mother's haircut. And if that wasn't bad enough, my color was shades darker when finished than when I walked in the door. It will be months growing this mess out. I'd also like to add that the hair dresser took on cutting another client's hair while my hair was processing. She never asked me if my schedule could accommodate the extra half hour I spent waiting for her to finish up the haircut (I couldn't spare it), nor did she apologize for the scalp burn that came along with having chemicals on my head too long. Oh yeah, and when I made the appointment, the person who answered the phone was really rude.

Just what a salon experience should be, right?? They use great products, and know what they're doing, so it's easy to just let your lady do her thang! When I moved to White Bear I was in desperate need of a good haircut. My friend was getting married…read morethe weekend after I moved here and I was looking scraggly. My husband was also in need of a haircut so it was crunch time to find a place. I chose Mode Salon because it had the most reviews of the salons in White Bear. I also chose it because it had online booking, but I can never seem to get that to work. :/ I spoke with the woman at the front and asked her about setting up appointments and the cost. The stylists working on a sliding scale depending on what you want and their level of experience. In the past I've been burned by this kind of experience because I didn't ask the price before booking. This time I asked for prices and who would be the best for a men's haircut. We got set up with Beth. Beth was really nice. She was very friendly and easy to talk with. She gave us advice on places to look at for living, what to do in the area, and what has changed since my husband had left for CA. The haircut was also quick lasting probably no more than 30 minutes. Our last place would take well over an hour usually. The price wasn't bad either. It was $28 for each of us, which is reasonable for a man's haircut. The haircut was good. Way better than most I've had, but not quite the same as the two best haircuts I've ever had (once in Spain and once in Pasadena). Friendly service, easy to book, good location, and speedy. 43/100
