Many of the employees build their own hours and have their own section of the building to service their customers. The shared spaces include the front lobby (where bubble waters and refreshments are always offered), the product purchase section (varying shampoos and conditioners) as well as my favorite part: the hair wash area. The hair wash area is a dark space with no talking making my experience incredible every time as there is nothing more zen then having your scalp massaged in silence. While I can't vouch for any other stylist (I am sure they are all wonderful), I cannot say enough good about Erin. She listens, always has good conversations and leaves me looking like a hair goddess. Thank you!

I love it! It is super quiet and relaxing. The last salon I went to was one big open room which at times was really loud. People would let their kids run all over, messing with the chairs and just being plain annoying. I no longer have this problem at Sola Salons. Getting my hair done is finally what it should be....relaxing and ME time. She is open to being fun and doing new things to your hair. Life is short....live life to the fullest! Another great thing about having your own space is you can decorate your room to fit your personality. Mallory has elephants, Buddha's and Ganesh in her space....it is a happy place. We have a lot in common and I look forward to seeing her again in July.

My first visits were pretty insulting... no veteran discount if you don't look like an old white guy. I gave up an asking for them after I got out of the service but I don't understand why you wouldn't ask me that question and go around to ask the other customers right before I pay. Next, they keep messing up on my haircut... what is the point of having notes on your customers if you don't follow them. Staff could be more friendly and happy too, last visit they were all moody about their personal life. Overall, if you like changing your hairstyle every time you visit and the poor attitude with the staff... this is the place for you.
