It took a little while for her to warm up to me but she is warm now. She takes her time to make sure I am happy. I have a inverted bob and fine hair. That's not an easy task. I see her every 3 weeks for a trim. She recommended another stylist for my husband and I believe he was pretty happy. I didn't think she spent any time blending the number 2 and 4 on the sides but at least my husband was happy. We hope to continue to come here until we move away form Woodbury. The owner or partner was also disagreeing with someone at the same time. The environment felt uptight and bad. The front desk person was frantic and annoying. It helped repair my damaged hair. My hairstylist was Adeana. She is very talented, has excellent customer service skills, fun to talk too, and gives a fantastic head massage while washing your hair. Your temperature is taking at arrival, and there is hand sanitizer provided. All staff and clients must wear masks. It is also my understanding that due to COVID, they temporarily had to suspend coffee and other treats they offer, such as snacks and different beverages. They still do have bottles of water available. The inside of the salon is so clean, and they even wipe down the sink and chair after someone has used it.
