I've used all the different beds (basic, high performance, standing) as well as the red light booth. The bulbs are always strong and changed frequently so you don't have to waste time in an inefficient bed with bulbs that are past their prime. I love the UVA-only bed (Matrix) but the Alpha is great too, especially if you get hot while tanning, which I do. the equipment is always clean and well-maintained -- no burnt out bulbs or cracked acrylic to be found. The staff are always kind and helpful. Logan is lovely and is always sweet and she knows her stuff, too. I appreciate the wide array of lotions they sell that work for most price points and budgets. My only complaint (not really even a complaint, just something I'd like to see changed even for part of the year) is that their hours aren't longer. If you work a shift during the day, you may not be able to make the time to tan, especially if you try to go on lunch (since the traffic on that road can be a bit nuts with how close it is to Keys Cafe and Buddy's). It would be nice if hours were longer, even if just for prom preparation season. Overall very pleased and I recommend them 100% whether you want a traditional tan, red light therapy, or a spray tan!

When I arrived all the pedicure chairs were full and I waited 20 minutes and then another 10 with my feet soaking. They have plastic tubs which they line with a disposable plastic bag which has an elastic top. The chair is really nice, it massages your back, butt and upper legs. She did a great job trimming my nails and cleaning around the beds. I really appreciated the long massage she gave my legs and feet. Polish was also nicely done with a pretty flowers on my big toes. I would give them more stars if they didn't overbook themselves. Will try them again....if they overbook again I won't go back.

I'm so upset and i definitely plan to go back in tomorrow and complain. This was supposed to be a relaxing day because I've had a stressful week and now I'm even more stressed.

Came in for a pedicure with a bridal party. I had booked our bridal party appointments 4 months ago…read morebecause we were on a tight schedule but left 2.5 hour to get our services done. We had appointments at 1PM and arrived promptly. Our bride waited over an hour for someone to even get started on her mani pedi and was ultimately rushed through her pedicure in like 15 minutes. We were charged the full amount despite sloppy work that, in my opinion, was greatly overpriced. Another bridal party even came in for appointments after ours and they were still taking a servicing walk-ins before us. I wish they would be considerate of timing as it should never take almost three hours for four people to be serviced when they had close to 10 employees. Even at the end, my polish was rushed and I need to get my toe nails redone after the wedding because they're clumpy and sloppy. The only saving grace was that our bride was very pleased with her manicure and will enjoy having her nails done for the wedding.

My nail technician was really sweet but I paid extra for a manicure that included a massage and scrub and she forgot to do it so she did it at the end but it felt rushed. I also showed an inspiration pic unsure of what they could do with the dazzle dry and she tried to copy it and did a decent job but the manicure took over an hour and I had somewhere to be so I was getting a little stressed! For the price I probably wouldn't return but for anyone with an allergy the facility was nice and clean and it is a good alternative!

My nail tech didn't clean up my cuticle area, I still have hangnail and my nails look grown out because it was painted far away from my cuticle. On my one finger the gap between cuticle and where the nail polish started was so far I actually had to go back the next day to get that one nail fixed. Thank you for that. However --The other part of customer service was bad, I was told when they could fit me in on their schedule to fix their mistake as apposed to them accommodating my schedule when I could come, customer service 101- if it was your mistake you should ask the customer what's best time for them to come in work with their schedule not the other way around. Over all, nice people but I've had better manicures at less expensive places.
