I had a 50 minute deep tissue massage and I wish I would have booked longer. It was sooooo relaxing! The table was heated, so that felt nice! I am 240lbs and 5'7 and fit on the table fine. I also had a 2x robe and it also fit perfectly! Definitely plus size friendly! After my massage I waited in the lobby area a little longer to enjoy my relaxation and then headed to the women's locker room to change. This was for my boyfriend's birthday and his name was not on the sign when we walked in, despite me listing that in the paperwork. In the past for my birthday, I have also gotten a card. But nothing here. My boyfriend also didn't want his feet touched and that was also listed in the paperwork. Unfortunately that was not followed. We were brought to our locker rooms and they were clean, had our names and chocolates in the lockers. Very nice touch! Our robe sizes and slides were also in our lockers. There is a large shower, 2 bathroom stalls and vanity with make up lighting. We then walked to the lobby area. This was where we started to have thoughts. Employees were talking in full volume. I am plus size (5'7 240lbs) and this place was plus size friendly. When you make the appointment, they ask for your robe size and shoe size. Those will be located in your locker when you get walked back. They will give you a warm towel to wash your hands as you walk and it feels lovely! The lockers are easy to use. There are two toilets and a shower. This area is fairly small, however I never ran into anyone. You can undress as much (or as little) as you want. I get rid of everything but my underwear. Then you will go to the holding area. It's a very beautiful and relaxing area. There is water (flat and sparking) and some small snacks. Your provider will come get you from that room. Both times I have been here, my providers (male and female) have been very polite, friendly and respectful. The massage was wonderful! I felt amazing afterwards!! When you are done, they bring you back to The holding area and you can stay there as long as you like. The only reason I took a star off is because I had received a birthday promotion email and this was not automatically taken off at the desk. I didn't notice until I got to my car.
