Came here on a Sunday morning for a massage and a soak in the mineral pool. It was such a relaxing rejuvenating experience. I can't wait to go back for a longer period of time. I was with a group of women and we had other plans for the day but I was already planning in my head when I could return. I went on a Friday with a group of 5 ladies total. This is our second year doing this and we absolutely love this place. Services: 5/5. We all did the package with a facial,massage, and salt room. Their packages are a great deal, and I'd highly recommend them. Overall, we only have positively glowing things to say about the staff we all had. One thing to note, if you have specific preferences about massages, please be honest. I see reviews about frustrations for unvoiced preferences. These people really want you to enjoy your services, so please just be upfront with your desires. If you get a facial, they will recommend products to purchase. I didn't feel obligated or pressured to purchase these things, but overall loved the input and specialization to my facial for my specific skin type. They were out of many products some of us were recommended. Vibe: 4/5. This place has a really cozy vibe. Waiting areas have comfy chairs, fire places, and some have heated salt lamps for your feet. You do get robes and flip flops, but to me this is much cozier and that's than other spas. This place is amazingly accommodating for groups if you call with enough notice, and we loved the added touch of the heated salt lamps for feet in the waiting areas. Worn that said the day we went they were fairly busy, so there wasn't always space to accommodate our entire group to sit together. Quality: 4/5. Overall this place could use some updating. In some places the carpet is definitely worn. Overall when we were there it felt very cramped in the locker room and there were many times we had to wait to use a restroom. Overall we absolutely adore this place. It's a short drive from Minneapolis and great for a girls weekend or girls day. They are amazingly accommodating for groups if you call enough in advanced. It could use a face lift, but we love the cozy vibe and price point here as compared to other high end spas in the twin cities area. They have continually added to their offerings which we've been impressed with. One thing to note, there isn't a sauna area or other areas other than lounges like many other spas have. Price was not as listed. Higher than average price for massage in the area. I had a 60 minute massage with no add ons. The website lists the cost as $140. When I questioned it, I was told the price, "recently went up $10", and I was charged accordingly. This same massage would also be only $109 if I was a member (for $109 a month you can get one "free" 60 minute massage a month). If you're a member, you can book on-line. If you are not a member, you cannot book on-line. If you are not a member, you could save money and go somewhere else. Did I mention they send out an email saying they expect a 20% tip? EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - I just got off the phone with Amy, the manager, and I, too, felt very dismissed (like another guest from August 1, 2025). Amy acted like she didn't give a rat's a$$ about trying to help resolve the issue. I booked services in March 2025, for 4 adults for the Rejuvenation Package which cost $99 (each) and I very happily put down my credit card. (NOTE: Their prices went up in September 2025 and instead of $400, I saw a charge, today, for $500, so that I why I called them.) Before the prices went up in September 2025, I got a text in March 2025 to confirm the 4 packages and an email in June 2025 to confirm the packages and NO ONE SAID THE PRICES WERE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, like Amy kept repeating over and over. Then, Amy said that Marketing sent out an email about the price increase (in September 2025) and I told her that I did not get that email. What is so frustrating is that Amy did not, at any time during our chat, did she apologize for the miscommunication or even try to give me a discount for the future, to try to maintain my business. Nothing. It was like "too bad, so sad" we don't really need your business so just kick rocks. The spa itself looks warm and inviting, so I was genuinely looking forward to my appointment. However, during my session with a male therapist named Conor, several things happened that crossed my boundaries and made me feel unsafe. His touch and behavior were not what I would consider professional, and at multiple points I felt violated and deeply uncomfortable. My sister, mom and I visited Just for Me Spa on 12/8 to celebrate a special event. We purchased 3 spa packages (facial, massage, salt cave); Price $250 on the website. This isn't a spa in which when you purchase a service, you can use the amenities all day. Instead, you need to purchase each service (i.e. the pool). This was my sister and my second time at Just for me Spa (we had gone years ago). We drove close to an hour to go to this spa because we remembered the spa to be good services, price decent, and a relaxed (not stuffy/snotty) ambience. In short, we will not being going back to Just for Me Spa. Reasons for not coming back: - Two of us had technicians with sniffles and/or coughing without using a mask. This was not sanitary and it made it difficult to truly relax. (One during a facial; one during a massage) - One of us had a facial technician that was really rough on the face - Prior to the salt cave, we witnessed a staff member be rude to and scoff at another guest when she asked for a second blanket. Extremely rude when she was a paying customer and there were clearly extra blankets. - When we checked out, the woman at the desk questioned our tip amount, which was 15-20%. Her comment was "it was on packages that were discounted..." insinuating we should have tipped more. - Our appointments were from 9 am - 1 pm. The spa didn't suggest we order lunch when I booked months earlier (we didn't know it was a possibility). When I called to inquire about adding lunches (I inquired a business day before, which is late and the notice for lunch orders is 1 week), I was told we could leave the spa and eat in cars. What?! I called a second time and the receptionist was more kind than the one earlier in the day. She reinforced no outside food/drink allowed but suggested we should be finished by 12:45 pm in time to grab lunch elsewhere. I have been to high end spas in Phoenix and Palm Springs. They have free snacks (nothing elaborate; just mixes to snack on). That would be a nice touch for this spa. All in all, the location (1 hour from west metro) and the poor customer service are why we won't be back; The visit soured our special day. read more

I found this spa confusing. I had a 5 hour appointment with massage, facial, and salt cave. A staff person would escort us to the room and provide the service, As a client I would have preferred to have the receptionist explain the day, process before receiving the service. I understand people have bad days, however I have never felt so embarrassed for reaching out with customer concerns... I have been going to this spa for a number of years and most recently have been 3 times in the past 5 months. The spa has grown and continues to be at the forefront of new treatment options. They have a wonderful team who give you an amazing experience each and every time. Their treatment rooms are peaceful and comfortable, the team is well-versed in their specialty, and they have very cozy waiting lounges with Himalayan salt foot rests, comfy robes (up to 5x), fresh towels and flip flops for traveling to your services. They also have an amazing wet area with an Ancient Healing Mineral pool that is kept at a nice warm temperature, toasty hot tub and sauna available for $20 with a service or $25 stand alone cost. They have a Salt room as well now. The locker rooms are clean but may need an expansion at some point given their increased volume of clients, and they offer ice water and tea as well. It's a wonderful space with friendly knowledgeable team members and is a great way for you to feel pampered! read more

I have been going to this spa for years. Sometimes I go to soak in the mineral pool during weekdays to relax and have quiet time. This was not the experience today. A group of two couples were loud and one of the man was wearing a t-shirt in the hot tub. They really need to enforce spa rules. Otherwise, it is like hanging around at the Holiday Inn pool. The three stars are for the high quality massage therapists professionals who work at Just for Me. I've also found the front desk staff to be very kind and helpful! The areas are always clean and kept up. I've spent time in over 30 spas and find the availability of a pool, hot tub, and nice waiting areas before a massage to be a must! Shelby and Brady are the best deep tissue therapists around, but they do not offer a deep tissue or sports massage as a service. Downsides: Flexibility and scheduling. I have been a member for over a year and if you are a working professional (M-F 8-5) plan on scheduling at least 3 weeks out for weekday evenings and months ahead for weekends. I usually have to call a couple of times in order to get the therapist I am looking for and book months ahead. But work schedules change and I've never given less than a couple of days notice for rescheduling, usually a couple of weeks. On more than one occasion I've been on the phone with a scheduling (always very nice!) person and their computer system is down. I've also experienced the massage therapist I've scheduled with get changed hours before my appointment. Seems to me an investment in a scheduling tool for clients to easily schedule services would be a good business investment, lots of AI options out there for optimizing client interest with staff scheduling. read more

I was so excited for my spa day. My husband got it for my for my Christmas present and I haven't had a spa day in 17 years!! It is a safe assumption the massage is the key to any spa day. My massage was not good, for me. (For others it may be fine) It felt like someone was rubbing lotion very hard all over my body. I went to my facial which started with soap accidently being put in my eye and then face scrub in my mouth. I was crabby at this point, but I pulled it together as the person doing my facial made a mistake and we all make mistakes. After the facial, I thought, I would be a "new me in 2024" and go address the situation with the front desk to see if something could be done to make my massage experience better. I was told that when my husband made the appointment, he should have told them that I don't like "light massages". He was never asked about the pressure and what man is going to ask . I was offered a trip to the sauna which I decided as my crabbiness was returning, and I needed to go. I am fine with mistakes, but I wish people would just make it right. Cute spa, clean, friendly staff. I got a facial with a friend for girls weekend while men are deer hunting. Robes and sandals are nice and comfortable. Facial was relaxing. In the waiting area before they come get you for your service, there is a lot of traffic of people leaving (walking out of locker room), staff walking through to get laundry or to get to other side of spa. It took away the quiet relaxation aspect. It would be better if there was a separate room just for guests who are waiting so it was a little more private, peaceful, quieter area for less disturbance so you don't feel like there is an audience. read more

I initially enjoyed my first experience at this spa..a heel to toe foot massage, salt cave and a dip in their mineral pool. However, I was shocked & disappointed to be informed I must pay a 20% gratuity because we had a large group of 4 NEW people!!!!! 1) It doesn't make sense to me to charge a larger group when bringing in over $330 through their doors...it felt like a penalty!!! 2) It helped RUIN a great experience when technically the only tip we would've given was for a $15 foot massage performed by a technician (the other services didn't warrant staff for the cave or the pool) but instead had to pay it on my total of $85 and I am not even certain my technician actually received this gratuity anyway. Overall wonderful experience! We were there for over 4 hours and had a massage, facial and 45 min in salt cave. We left very relaxed. Only suggestion is that we have never been there before and felt like we didn't get a clear idea of what to expect as far as someone simply saying what the agenda was..we got out into a waiting room and then corralled to next room, then to the next..it would be nice to have someone say you'll wait in here and then someone will come get you for the next step etc - we are not "members " so maybe it was assumed we were and didn't need further direction? front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and took awhile to be greeted and then felt rushed to get into robes..massage and facial were amazing. read more

The staff were nice, but no where to be found, as a hairstylist I understand Sunday's are slow but for a new client I am always extremely attentive, this wasn't the case. I was brought to the waiting room to fill out my waiver, waited awhile until she came back to grab me, (I would normally offer coffee tea or water to my client during waiting time) I was then brought to the locker room and asked if I have ever done this before, she told me about the room and how long I'd be in there but not about the Benefits of the salt which would've been nice to hear. Went with a girlfriend and we took our husbands this past weekend. We were there 9-4 and all had "The Spa Experience" which included a visit to the salt cave, 90 minute massages, 90 minute facials, a delicious lunch and use of the mineral pool, hot tub and sauna. I booked a facial for my friend and I over the phone with a person. They did't say anything besides the availability and booking the appointments. When I got in to get my facial the person asked about my skincare routine and then proceeded to tell me I couldn't have a facial massage because of a part of my routine and that everything was listed on the website. The person booking the appointment didn't tell me this. Against my own instinct, I had them do the facail because they said the would give me a scalp massage and extra massage elsewhere. They did not. Please ensure people who are booking over the phone get told the same "qualifier" information that someone would read if they booked on the website. Also ensure if the person performing the service says they are going to do something that they actually do it. On top of this, the facial was something I could have done easily at home, ambiance was not that great and the "massage" was just oil being touched on my skin. I asked for more pressure a couple times and it still felt like someone was wiping oil on my skin with minimal to no pressure. The person shared that she was newer so I would highly recommend having people get trained in better. This was a way overpriced experience and I will recommend that people do not go here and won't be returning myself. read more

This was my first time at Just for Me and I was looking forward to the experience after hearing good reviews. I was scheduled for the Clarity Facial and a 30 massage. The Clarity Facial was decent, but the description stated a shoulder massage was included in the service and I never received that part. The facial was fine and I was glad that she focused on the facial part, but the time management to include a shoulder massage was poor. The 30 minute massage was terrible. First the guy had issues finding me so we started 10 minutes late and he didn't readjust for the late start so the massage was 20 minutes. Upon the consultation I requested for him to focus on my shoulders, neck, and a short scalp massage. He proceeded to ask me if he could touch my glutes or pectorals for the massage and I stated no, just the shoulders. Very odd clarification. During the massage his pressure was all over the place and techniques were not relaxing at all. After completion of the services, I mentioned my disappointment to the front desk and no adjustments were made. I still paid full prices for incomplete services and it is not cheap! I was looking forward to finding a quality local spa and this did not make the cut. read more

I booked a facial using the spa online booking tool, due to a glitch on their end I ended up booked twice. They called last night and when I saw the call it was too late to call back. I was in meetings since 7 am and when finally got off the phone I called them. They told me (repeatedly) that they had to charge me for the additional appointment booked in error due to their system's issue because the technician lost that time and had to be paid. It is VERY unfortunate that this "spa" prefers to lose a potential frequent customer instead of covering the cost for that technician ($130). The experience was good.. I enjoyed the sea cave a lot, the massage was amazing and the facial as well. In my Spa Experience day it was included a lunch which I didn't get; this was a little disappointing but I also appreciate how this issue was fixed, I got offered a sandwich from Lunds that the supervisor got me and also i got a discount. Such an amazing experience from start to finish! We started with the salt cave which was so relaxing and made me feel amazing! My massage with Faith was incredible - she was so intuitive and wish I could see her everyday! The mineral pool and hot tub were the perfect end to the spa experience. There was no real welcome, just paperwork to fill out and then as another reviewer said we were not really told the agenda, just shuffled from one room to the next. One member of our party had an emergency and had to leave before receiving her facial. There was no discount or voucher offered. Great facility. I have been to spas all over the world, and this is really wonderful. I was skeptical about the salt cave, but figured 45 minutes in a quiet tranquil place was good enough reason to try it. After having major allergy symptoms, enhanced by wearing a face mask, this cave was literally a breath of fresh air. Got the full package with facial, massage, and lunch. All of it was fantastic. The treatment rooms, relaxation areas, and eating facility were spacious, clean, and accommodating. There were beverages available throughout as well as hand sanitizers and reminders to be safe.
