She has the magic touch! I don't know what she does but her waxes are definitely less painful than other specialists I have seen. She always cleans up my eyebrows without making them too thin, which is exactly what I like. She finds the perfect amount of sideburn to wax off, and very kindly mentioned I had just a couple of hairs on my chin she could get. She really listens to her clients and has great attention to detail so that I always walk away looking flawless! She also gets bikini waxes done in fewer passes so my skin does not get irritated. She takes great care to look and make sure not a single hair was left behind. I've never had anyone else tweeze my legs! Her eye for precision means I don't have to worry about those pesky short hairs that waxing can miss. She ensures I leave looking and feeling smooth! The Salon is very nice and has a warm atmosphere, figuratively and literally. The temperature is always comfortable and the tables have warmers on them, which is a great touch! Nevertheless, the prices are very reasonable compared to other places. (Please don't raise them because I said that!) So you can get a spa experience for a little less than you would pay at somewhere like European Wax Center. You also get a very nice welcome gift your first time in, which includes a number of coupons to encourage you to try the myriad of services the salon has to offer. I can't wait to try them!

It helped repair my damaged hair. My hairstylist was Adeana. She is very talented, has excellent customer service skills, fun to talk too, and gives a fantastic head massage while washing your hair. Your temperature is taking at arrival, and there is hand sanitizer provided. All staff and clients must wear masks. It is also my understanding that due to COVID, they temporarily had to suspend coffee and other treats they offer, such as snacks and different beverages. They still do have bottles of water available. The inside of the salon is so clean, and they even wipe down the sink and chair after someone has used it. And if that wasn't bad enough, my color was shades darker when finished than when I walked in the door. It will be months growing this mess out. I'd also like to add that the hair dresser took on cutting another client's hair while my hair was processing. I hate to tell you this but she is so good I don't think she is taking any new clients but should one of us move - or something - keep her name and number. You will be completely delighted.
