It was super easy to get in; there is a kiosk where you either put in a phone number for an existing appointment or request a walk-in appointment. She wasn't pushy about making more appointments either. Since I was a new customer as well, I got a 20% discount. I will definitely come back to Waxing the City!

I have been seeing Vanessa for several years now and can only say great things about my experiences…read morewith her. I'm in my mid 40s and I am not interested in Botox or fillers to help me age "gracefully". Vanessa has always worked with me, recommending different products and facials or other treatments to address my aging skin concerns. I had one rather large hyperpigmentation area under my eye that made me feel very self conscious for as long as I can remember. Vanessa found a treatment that made it completely disappear! I will forever be grateful to her for getting rid of my brown spot. She is always researching new techniques and treatments, attending educational seminars on her product lines, and asking my opinion on how products worked for me and my children. I find her treatments to be very relaxing and less expensive compared to other spas in the area. She is a trusted source of information for how to keep my skin looking healthy and fresh! I obviously highly recommend seeing Vanessa for your skincare needs.

EWC doesn't care about you all they want is money money money. I've been going to EWC for years and…read morepay for the same thing each time which is a cheek and neck. I already thought that was robbery because at the beginning I was only paying for a cheek then all of a sudden they said it's both I need. Fine. For the last four years I have gone to different locations and had no issues getting a cheek/neck and being satisfied with the hair removal until today. I went and saw BRITTNEY and she waxed only part of my face. She then handed me the mirror like they do when they are done. I saw hair still on my face I said what about this? She said oh that's a chin service and you would have to pay for that. I explained how I've never been told this is a chin service and have gotten waxed at different locations with no issue. She wasn't trying to hear it and told me I could pay for a full face and it would be cheaper. Um no! How about you wax the cheek and neck that I'm paying for! To me it also was humiliating to have her think I would not want that part of my face waxed. To walk out of there with a patch of hair still. So embarrassing but I was not expecting to pay for a whole additional service! So I was left with the option of leaving with that patch still on my face. A great customer service person would believe the customer, solve the issue then educate for next time with the hopes that the person would come back. Nope she was cold about it. Then when I was about to pay the front desk asked me how my service was, I told them the issue and all they could say was I was wrong and sorry it was misrepresented elsewhere. That changes nothing EWC WOODBURY! How can multiple other locations all recognize a cheek and neck as the same thing besides your location! Absolutely ridiculous. PEOPLE STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THESE MONEY HUNGRY FRANCHISES. They don't care about you as a person. They are petty. If you do go to this location I don't recommend the waxer Brittney. Horrible experience.
