I've always loved brooke but over the past year she has become sloppy with her work, leaving massive amounts of hair after a brazilian wax. I chose to give her more chances because i do believe people can have off days. Now we are at constant rescheduling and not offering any type of accommodations. We as business women expect clients to respect our time, so in return we should also respect theirs. To tell a client they can go somewhere else is very rude and inconsiderate and shows just how unprofessional you really are. To even argue with a client who is just trying to understand your approach as a business woman is UNPROFESSIONAL. She has definitely lost 2 loyal clients and will never get another penny from us.

I already thought that was robbery because at the beginning I was only paying for a cheek then all of a sudden they said it's both I need. Fine. For the last four years I have gone to different locations and had no issues getting a cheek/neck and being satisfied with the hair removal until today. I went and saw BRITTNEY and she waxed only part of my face. She then handed me the mirror like they do when they are done. I saw hair still on my face I said what about this? She said oh that's a chin service and you would have to pay for that. I explained how I've never been told this is a chin service and have gotten waxed at different locations with no issue. She wasn't trying to hear it and told me I could pay for a full face and it would be cheaper. Um no! How about you wax the cheek and neck that I'm paying for! To me it also was humiliating to have her think I would not want that part of my face waxed. To walk out of there with a patch of hair still. So embarrassing but I was not expecting to pay for a whole additional service! So I was left with the option of leaving with that patch still on my face. A great customer service person would believe the customer, solve the issue then educate for next time with the hopes that the person would come back. Nope she was cold about it. Then when I was about to pay the front desk asked me how my service was, I told them the issue and all they could say was I was wrong and sorry it was misrepresented elsewhere. That changes nothing EWC WOODBURY! How can multiple other locations all recognize a cheek and neck as the same thing besides your location! Absolutely ridiculous. PEOPLE STOP SPENDING YOUR MONEY ON THESE MONEY HUNGRY FRANCHISES. They don't care about you as a person. They are petty. If you do go to this location I don't recommend the waxer Brittney. She has the magic touch! I don't know what she does but her waxes are definitely less painful than other specialists I have seen. She always cleans up my eyebrows without making them too thin, which is exactly what I like. She finds the perfect amount of sideburn to wax off, and very kindly mentioned I had just a couple of hairs on my chin she could get. She really listens to her clients and has great attention to detail so that I always walk away looking flawless! She also gets bikini waxes done in fewer passes so my skin does not get irritated. She takes great care to look and make sure not a single hair was left behind. I've never had anyone else tweeze my legs! Her eye for precision means I don't have to worry about those pesky short hairs that waxing can miss. She ensures I leave looking and feeling smooth!
