I've always loved brooke but over the past year she has become sloppy with her work, leaving massive amounts of hair after a brazilian wax. I chose to give her more chances because i do believe people can have off days. Now we are at constant rescheduling and not offering any type of accommodations. We as business women expect clients to respect our time, so in return we should also respect theirs. To tell a client they can go somewhere else is very rude and inconsiderate and shows just how unprofessional you really are. To even argue with a client who is just trying to understand your approach as a business woman is UNPROFESSIONAL. She has definitely lost 2 loyal clients and will never get another penny from us.

Apparently they had a special going where if you are a new customer, you get a free brow wax at your first visit. I didn't know that, but the receptionist hooked me up with that. Sweet. My aesthetician, Kristen, did a good job on my brows. She asked what kind of shape I was looking for, and then delivered. She also trimmed the hair and plucked a few strays. I really, really like the wax they use here. (I guess it was developed by a French chemist- hence the "European" in the name-per Kristen.) The wax doesn't stick to skin, only to the hair. They don't use strips or paper to pull the wax up, they just put the wax on, wait for it to harden for a few seconds, then pull the wax off. Haha... Wax on, wax off... I crack myself up... This is good news for albino-like Minnesotans like me! Usually the skin gets red and blotchy all around my eyebrows for 1 or 2 days, but because this wax isn't pulling any skin off- I barely even got a little pink. Excellent. I'm not brave enough to get anything else waxed, but I was tempted to get my legs done after I saw the way she did my eyebrows! The usual price for brows is $18. That's a bit more than I'd like to pay. But they do have some options that help bring down the price. I don't have the booklet in front of me so I'm not even going to guess how much- but they have a prepaid program and an unlimited use program. The prepaid is exactly what it sounds like- you prepay for 6 or 12 treatments (brows, arms, legs, full face, bikini, etc) and get each one at some discounted price. For the unlimited option, you pay a sum and get to use it as many times as you can in some time period. I'm thinking about getting a brow package, I just haven't decided which one yet.

She has the magic touch! I don't know what she does but her waxes are definitely less painful than other specialists I have seen. She always cleans up my eyebrows without making them too thin, which is exactly what I like. She finds the perfect amount of sideburn to wax off, and very kindly mentioned I had just a couple of hairs on my chin she could get. She really listens to her clients and has great attention to detail so that I always walk away looking flawless! She also gets bikini waxes done in fewer passes so my skin does not get irritated. She takes great care to look and make sure not a single hair was left behind. I've never had anyone else tweeze my legs! Her eye for precision means I don't have to worry about those pesky short hairs that waxing can miss. She ensures I leave looking and feeling smooth!
