I was scheduled with Mike, unfortunately he was with another client when I arrived, (a few minutes early) I could tell there was an issue with scheduling. I sit for a moment and then ask when will I be seen. Thao responds that anybody can do what I want as I shared a photo. I sit with Angel for about 30 mins, as she prepped my nails for acrylic. Then she hands me off to Mike. Mike performs the fill and begins to paint, suddenly he is whisked away and Thao finishes me up!! Sounds like musical chairs ehhh??? I was here for a little over 2 hours and although my design was pretty nice, I didn't appreciate being bounced around. This place is a nice distance from my house, but if I can get the quality and "better" service I will certainly be back!!
