We had appointments at 1PM and arrived promptly. Our bride waited over an hour for someone to even get started on her mani pedi and was ultimately rushed through her pedicure in like 15 minutes. We were charged the full amount despite sloppy work that, in my opinion, was greatly overpriced. Another bridal party even came in for appointments after ours and they were still taking a servicing walk-ins before us. I wish they would be considerate of timing as it should never take almost three hours for four people to be serviced when they had close to 10 employees. Even at the end, my polish was rushed and I need to get my toe nails redone after the wedding because they're clumpy and sloppy. The only saving grace was that our bride was very pleased with her manicure and will enjoy having her nails done for the wedding.

Other customers were wincing in pain while getting their nails done.
