Absolutely the worst service I've ever witnessed. Do not come here. I had a appointment at 12, they had me wait for 15 min bc they were busy, no problem, during that 15 min two girls came in for a appointments at 12 too, another 10 minutes go by and the two girls get called before me. I then waited for another 15 till I got called. I was late for work because I waited for 40 minutes past my appointment time. Unbelievable. Worst service ever read more

I used to really enjoy this salon. But recently, I've been having some bad experiences here. I always get acrylic powder on my natural long nails and the last couple of visits I've had have left me very unsatisfied. The tech I have always gone to pretty much butchered my nails. When using the electric file, he filed a hole right in the middle of my thumb nail. He used the file on all of my nails and left the edges and sides of them all uneven and rugged. I asked for a coffin shape as I always have and I was given some nails with a square shape and others that were more rounded- nothing like coffin. When I asked him to fix them, he filed the tops a bit and did nothing on the sides. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend. read more

I came by here to get a mani-pedi. They have a basic/spa option. Unfortunately I didn't see that until I left and they didn't let me know there was an option. They have a nice selection of color but they had one type of nail polish I hadn't seen before. Most places have OPI and China Glaze. They had OPI and some off brand. The pedicure was nice. I felt like they blasted through parts of it though. It was a pretty basic pedicure. A quick scrub, fast massage, and polish. They did a nice design though. The manicure was okay. They didn't shape my nails which was a bummer. I was surprised they didn't have me pay before the did polish (most places will do that to avoid nail polish issues). After my manicure I sat at the drying station for a good 20 minutes. When I left it was so wet still that I ruined one hand trying to grab my keys. It seems they globbed on too much polish. read more

Sitting here right now and having the most rushed pedicure ever. Not relaxing. Manicurist keeps tapping on me when she wants me to move and it is extremely irritating. Massage, which is usually my favorite part, was an annoying, repetitive process of 5 minutes total for both feet. Water was cold in the tub and ice cold when she rinsed me. Hot towel was barely room temp. Whole thing from start to finish took 20 minutes. She seems incredibly put out by being here today. Everyone else here does a quality job. But if you knew you were going to have her you would choose another salon. The manicure was of the same poor quality, rushed job. She cut my nails so short they are below my finger even. I also don't understand using the sander as a buffer on my natural nails and it actually did damage and left dents on my nails. Probably going to go into Woodbury to another salon next time. This is a rare treat for me on a day off from school and she took the fun and relaxation right out of it. read more

I visited the salon with my 4 daughters ranging in age from 5-13. They were wonderful. They talked the girls and made them comfortable. Added designs to their toes and jut made them feel all around comfortable and created a great experience. All COVID precautions were taken as well. After being completely disgusted with TJ Nails in Hudson, this place was a breath of fresh air. It's a clean, they disinfect their tools and have a great selection of gel polish. It was a horrible experience. We were there wel over 2 hours for a regular mani and pedi no gels or anything. The guy put the polish on so thick it wouldn't dry and we had to get to the airport so we didn't have time to get it redone. They wouldn't give back my moms money or anything. I have gone to Royal Nails for 2 years and they always do a great job on my pedi's. The massage is always thorough, they always put a design on & my nails are dry when i leave. Once i went home after the pedi & my dog jumped up & landed on my foot. The work on the big toe was ruined. I went back and they fixed it right away & didnt charge me. I recently moved to Hudson and needed a Shellac manicure. I decided to try out this place and might give them a second chance. I actually really liked that they didn't have a huge selection for gel polish as it can be overwhelming. I chose my color and away they went. One thing that worried me was that there was only 1 other person there and only 4 employees which makes me think they aren't very good. The guy spoke great English and did a great job but sadly my gel polish that should last 2 weeks lasted less than a week. :( read more
