I like my nails even more than what I showed her. She was so friendly and was very knowledgeable about nails. I didn't even pick my polish color--she did and matched me perfectly to a nude for my skin color. Another woman also did my toes and was so friendly. She checked with me the whole time asking if I liked the color, wanted a scrub, etc. I really enjoyed my experience here and will 100% be back. My 13 year old went with a friend and was a victim of a bait and switch. They called ahead and asked how much it would cost for the acrylics and were told $55 unless they "chose something extravagant." While their nails were in process (past the point where they could make a different choice), they were told it was an extra $30. When they paid there was a debit card fee and an auto tip applied and it ended up costing them $98 each. My daughter felt terrible about it because she had not intended to spend that much but felt she was not informed of the cost accurately and was stuck paying it -- because they were already in process when they were informed of an up charge. This kind of business is bad enough when done on adults but is totally unconscionable when kids are involved. Will not go back. Beware. read more

Very fast, I called right when they opened for two full sets and they got me in right away! I normally don't have good experiences with shops doing my nails they always feel rushed and they always end up falling off but these have been holding up so well! They workers were friendly and talked with us some, mostly talking to eachother but they were so sweet and seemed to have our best interest! I have been going here for over a year. I am new to the state. Usually they do a good job, but lately they have not. My last dip was a disaster. (the one before that not so great either) I got them dipped late afternoon Saturday, and woke up Monday to it chipping off. The nail tech who sits at the first desk, nearest the door, did my dip. She rushed thru it, did not put the top dip layer on, which is the clear. When I mentioned it to her she said "oh no, that is just for people with weak nails". I knew she was lying, but figured if it lasted I'm fine. It did not!!! I went back to have them fixed and the only guy that works there did my repair. He is always very kind and does an outstanding job. As I was leaving and some of the other nail techs were saying bye, the one who purposely jacked up my nails loudly said THANK YOU!!. I started to say FOR WHAT?? LETTING YOU JACK MY NAILS UP SO I HAD TO WASTE MY TIME COMING BACK? But I did not stoop to her childish level. That's when I decided to leave this review. I already decided I was not going back, but her being a smart &$$ pretty much made up my mind to tell my experience. These people do not respect your time, are over priced and will never get any business from me again!! You have lost a loyal customer, who told many about your business. read more

The nail tech that did my nails seemed like she wasn't focused on what she was doing. I ended up taking my nails off a week later because they weren't done right. I also got my feet done. The nail tech cut my big toe nails wrong and I ended up having an ingrown toe nail that is now currently infected because of this. May have to go to urgent care if it doesn't heal soon. Coming from LA to MN to and having to find a salon that actually knows how to do quality work and does not over charge was a task. I was referred to this place by a friend who said go see Lynn. Very happy customer here. I've gone back several times and now will drive the distance from where I'm located to only go here. Also have had gel pedicures with two different techs and both times they were on point. I'm very fussy and meticulous about my mani/pedis. Disappointed with everything. If you want a half assed nail fill and charged for a full set this is the place to go. The salon itself is dirty, I was unsure if the nail brushes were sanitized or not. I erred on the side of caution and didn't use one. My gel polish was completed I was hesitant to touch my nails as they still felt tacky. Don't expect to have them place lotion on your hands and massage them afterwards like most places, that's unheard of here. I regret trying them out due to recommendation, I will stick to driving an additional 10 min to get my money's worth. read more

I've been going here for over five years and won't go anywhere else. My manicures always hold up better from here than anywhere else, and the lines are cleaner. The only reason for a new color is because they've grown out, not because they've chipped or broke. The staff treats me very well and always tries to get me in right away. I try to be nice and call for an appointment, but I'm not the best about it. They've learned my personal preferences very quickly (I am very picky) and they do a great job every time. I'd give zero stars if possible. I came in for gel powder, and was chastised for my previous manicurist's job, saying 'that's not my work'. Was treated to the manicurist's daughter doing her hair and makeup at the next station with her friend - if I wanted vapid conversation, I'd go hang out at a high school. Manicurist put the nail soak on and said to wait 10-15 minutes... I've been getting my nails done for many years, and that was an exorbitant amount of time. She then proceeded to take a walk in for a pedicure, leaving me to 'soak'. Five minutes of teenage conversation next to me, and I took the nail soak off and walked out. 20+ years of having my nails done, and I have never been so livid. read more

This place is awesome!!!! I got a basic acrylic set for 35 (plus gel nail polish) and it was so beautiful. The vibe is really laid back and nice and the employees are awesome. My nails lasted for a good 4 weeks and I removed them with no effort. Most definitely going to come back!! read more

I have been there two times and the first time was great. Today I went in and got a gel manicure and was treated poorly, they rushed through , did not paint my entire nail and I had asked the women if she could help me take off my bracelet and she rolled her eyes, they had ppl walking in and couldn't get me out of their fast enough and kept reassuring the other customers they would be done soon.
