Since I'd never been there before, when I showed up for my appointment I just assumed they'd placed me with the nail tech I'd scheduled with (I'd checked in using their system, and I even heard them say the tech's name). I was so disappointed with my nails. The shape was inconsistent -- some rounded, some pointy and uneven. I did a dip manicure, and for some reason the tech put some of the white base powder *over* the color before curing, so there is a weird white cast. The top clear coat is also uneven, so it's streaky in spots. When I went to pay and check out, I saw the name on the screen and discovered they put me with someone else. Not the tech I had requested. I still paid and tipped well, because the staff was friendly and the place clean and welcoming, but I don't plan on returning.

I felt like the quality of top of the line since Kayla did an amazing job with giving my feet a wonderful and relaxing experience. The chair was new since the remote didn't seem so peeled up and it worked! I appreciated the check in and clear instruction. Also I picked a polish that didn't show up too well and we made sure I was on the same page for what I wanted. You can tell they want to give you a quality pedi! I wasn't even the one bringing it up either so I appreciated that. Easy payment and I was on my way out in 1.25 hours. I wanted that attention to detail and care so I was happy! if you're in a rush I am sure they can meet your expectations.
