Gave my appointment away. We made an appointment days in advance due to the driving distance, was there on time to find out they gave the appointment to a different couple. The 3 of them got up after confirming our reservation talked in their native tongue, proceeded to sit back down and start working, I asked what was going on got a blank stare back. needless to say we left, never have I ever experienced anything close to this type of BAD service. I had an excellent visit at DJ Nails. I've been to other places for a French manicure and this has been the best one I've received yet. I have been here a few times. Each time they are very friendly and reasonable. I always receive what I ask for in both a pedicure and an acrylic nails. I have been to other nail salons in Cambridge and this is by far the best. Try to avoid NV if possible. read more

i walked in with high hopes that i could start going to a new nail place... i would soon find out that going to this nail place was a mistake. they looked great after i got them done. it was a simple french tip acrylic set on my nails. but, 2 days after i got them done. one of my whole nails popped off. the acrylic that was laid was extremely thin which i don't think gave it enough support to stick. and then tonight, i was simply putting gas in my car when ANOTHER nail popped off. they were nice people but have either extremely horrible products or have absolutely no attention to how everyone's nails are different and they need different shapes and thickness so they can look good and stay on for more than a few days. i also gave them $80 for their services so i expected a lot more. read more

Charged me 101.25 for 2 pedicures. My sister and I got the classic pedicure which are 35$. My toenails were not clipped service was okay but wanted us out fast as it was getting busy. Half of my toenail is painted. Also I asked why it was so expensive they couldn't give me an answer. They also charge a credit card fee. read more
