I ket her know that in spite of being sick, I will go to the appointment as I'm not spending $160 for a service that I didn't receive. When I arrived to my appointment the door was locked and there was no one there. I tried calling her and waiting 15+ minutes before leaving. She still charged my credit card and I'm in the process of filing a fraud dispute with my credit card company.

Super friendly, asked tons of questions about Virginia and what I do, why I wanted to come out here, and I just had a wonderful time chatting with her. She did an amazing job on my hair, going from a faded bleach blonde and pink to a dark brown. She showed me all of the hair swatches before hand, asked every thing about what I was looking for, and made me feel comfortable that she was right for the job! I mean, they look completely terrible and embarrassing and I cannot believe I paid for it. When I got home, my kids were excited to see my nails, and they can't believe how terrible they look. I got a notification in August about an appt I had called to change. I was in Paris. I called them and told them I was not in town and I would call back when home. A month later I got a notification for a Sept. appt I NEVER MADE one day before the designated time. I was furious because I never made the appt and again they were messing with a great stylist Amanda. I really don't feel like returning because I am so tired of the management there and some of their policies let alone this appt deal.
