Cambridge Dental Center put me on an emergency triage list and I was in to see Dr. Alex within 24 hours. The staff was so friendly, accommodating, and took great care of me. I had no pain through my procedure whatsoever. Their prices were much cheaper than my current dentist and their customer service was outstanding. I canceled my next cleaning with my old dentist and scheduled my next with Cambridge Dental Center. And the cherry on top was receiving a nice welcome card signed by all the staff. Dr. Peterson is very personable, and does extremely good work. Each time I go in, he always remembers something about my life and asks me how that's going--we talk baseball a lot since he's a Twins fan and I cheer for the White Sox. Much of the staff is the same as when Dr. Shorenstein was there, so it's great to see familiar faces--that combined with the great work encourages me to keep making the long drive back to Cambridge each time I need to see a dentist. But I'm sure glad I don't have to go as often as we shovel snow around here!

Now, I can't imagine going anywhere else. The entire experience is a pleasure, something I imagine many don't say about the dentist. From check in and the friendly receptionist/admin team, to the hygienists and Dr. Brenney, I've never had a more painless experience at the dentist. The friendliness is a welcome respite from how loaded everything feels (literally) outside and the staff truly seems engaged and interested in your life. Cleanings are a breeze and Dr. Brenney is a true professional and extremely good at what he does. They explain things to me in simple terms and their pricing is very reasonable. When we moved to Princeton, I was so happy to discover a Princeton office as well! Now the kids see Dr. Mitch and he's great, too! Both locations we've been to have been clean, nicely decorated and very comfortable. There is a game room to keep the kids busy while we wait. They look forward to getting their bag of stickers, tattoos and freebies, along with a balloon animal after their checkup. They get handed a hand-held video game while they get their teeth cleaned. Even my 3yo had a tear-free first cleaning. They do everything possible to ensure kids have a positive, fun experience at the dentist and my kids are always excited to go back every 6 mo.
