However, he does will charge his or her patients a full amount and at the end never does what he promises at the beginning of the consultation. Evidently, Dr. Kyle enjoy to overcharge patients who are from non-white ethnicity. Additionally, all his staff members working at the Monticello location including himself are always gossiping about people of color being extra work and never happy to provide services for them. They have seen my braces change with the seasons and with holidays and they have seen me through a lot. Finally, the day came where I graduated into a perfect fitting clear retainer and I left their office equipped with a bag of once illegal popcorn and candy and firm instructions on how to use my retainer. I will be back for a few checkups but moving forward I am fully invested in myself and my smile and I don't think I could have possibly found a better place to work on my self worth. Thank you everyone here who have been so good to me and for taking care of me! 11 months later and I am free and my smile is more beautiful than ever! I could not have done it without you guys. I shopped around for an orthodontist before I decided on Dr Brettin because Dr Brettin took time for me and I could tell he would treat my needs individually. And he did! He saw when different unique issues came up and handled them accordingly and was even available by text late at night when one of my brackets would break or later when my retainer was "feeling funny". Very happy with my time here and I KNOW you would be too.
