Website says open till 7, they are indeed not! Sign says 6. Got there at 6 said they could only do one of the services I wanted done. Washed my hands, picked out my color, only to have the gentleman say he is unable to do the ombré style. Mind you, I got the idea from the photos and reviews from other people that have apparently visited this place. It's okay, I'll spend my money somewhere else. read more

I paid $60 for a "deluxe" manicure with gel polish. Unfortunately, I'm pretty disappointed. The color is noticeably uneven, especially when outside in the sun. I wish I would have saved the $60 and done them myself at home. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very frustrating experience. I've been getting my nails done here for months. I got a fill on 4/29 charged $50 plus tip. Within a few hours my cuticles were swelling & my fingers super itchy. By Thursday 5/1 afternoon the itching was still just as bad and my cuticles swollen. I ended up soaking them in acetone at home and removing them. The itching and swelling started to go away within 30 minutes of them being removed. I went in when they opened 5/2 and talked to a lady there. I explained to her the situation and she said there was absolutely nothing they could do. I explained to her I had never had a reaction like this all the other times I have come in. It was clearly some sort of reaction or infection from the nails from 4/29. I'm not sure if a tool wasn't cleaned properly or why but the reaction was clearly from the nails. I requested a refund or partial refund for the service. She told me over and over again no. I will not be going back. Terrible customer service in my opinion if a customer gets an infection from the service provided and no refund can be made. Two of the girls that did my sets in the last few months did amazing. Both of them don't work there anymore I was told so at this point I don't see any point in going back. It's too expensive of a service where if there are actual issues that occur nothing can be done. read more

Rarely do I share experiences on social media but I'm feeling the need to in this case. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and have been a regular of NV since they opened up here. The last 2 appts have been terrible including the (I'm assuming) manager having to completely redo my nails after trying to salvage them which I appreciated and decided to try again thinking maybe this was a one time thing and they fixed it. This time I had a very odd experience in terms of steps of the process for dip and my hands were literally covered in everything the entire time from taking them off and putting them back on. I even asked in between if I could wash and she literally said no just wait. I made about 5 requests to fix something during and the end result was bubbled nails on most from the top coat, not properly smoothed edges on almost every nail even after request and it was not an enjoyable experience from a pain standpoint. read more

The staff here was great! We came in later and had an extra person and they were more than willing to get us in. Our family was going through a sensitive situation and they were so sweet and accommodating. The pedicures and manicures we received were great quality as well! I live in Las Vegas, NV.....Visiting Minnesota. NV Nails In Cambridge was better than any salon I've visited in Vegas. The staff was courteous. The salon was neat & tidy. They had over 1,000 nail colors/selections to choose from. Denny, who did my nails, did an amazing job. The prices were conspicuously posted so there was no question. Dat (I think that was his name) gave me an awesome pedicure. Almost wish that I lived around Cambridge so I could make this my regular salon. read more

I have driven an hour to get a manicure/ pedi and tried local business, NV Nails is new and excellent. I went in and had a gel manicure...I did not get rushed, the service was very professional and detailed. It didn't take long either and my nails are wonderful..Curticles oiled and hand lotion applied too. Very satisfied..Will be back in a few weeks for a mani/ pedi.... read more

About a week ago I got my nails done at NV Nails and earlier this week my pointer finger on my left hand chipped and the acrylic part of the nail came off, so that was a little bummer and I was going to go fix it but I work all the time so I didn't really have time, and then today my middle and my thumb nail cracked my thumb came off and earlier I thought they did a really good job and they are really clean and they were really nice. But the quality of the nails is what matters most to me and I would definitely not recommend them. read more
