I've gone to chisago nails for several months now... usually my experience was great, the designs I asked for always turned out great. I work construction and was usually able to go 3 weeks without a chip or polish peeling. I went in this past Monday (worked 1 day) to a new technician and yesterday several of my nails polish chipped and started to peel up. Very disappointed. I know he was rushed but I was still a paying customer. For the most part I would recommend them especially a pedicure. I got one in October and it hasn't chipped at all. read more

I hate to write a bad review. I made an appointment for 3:15, I had to wait 20 min before I was seen, no I wasn't informed they were behind. Paid 75.00 plus tip for builder gel French tip set for one to break not even 24 hrs later. Called to see if they could fix it before Saturday 11am for a wedding, I was told no they were booked today and tomorrow. I understand that completely being booked, however at previous salons they try to get you in the make it right. I asked if I could get a partial refund since I have to find another place to fix it, also a no. If you looking for quality or to be treated as a customer and not a number I would avoid this place. read more

As someone who never really get their nails done, this place meet my standard expectation. I only knew what I was doing because I went with my sister-in-law who is a loyal customer. So she showed me the ropes. As my second time entering a nail salon, you'd get greeted with the usual "pick out a color" and with my first time experience not going so well for a first timer, I found a pretty light pink. Immediately we was seated and the owner's son did my nails. Totally forgot his name but he was awesome. He took his time to do my nails as delicately as possible. The arcylic wasn't as thick as the last place I went to so it appears like a natural nail - that's a plus. They also took their time to make sure my nail completely dried before letting me go. Which I totally appreciate because what's worst then having to put on seatbelts after getting your hands done, only to ruin them right away. Also they give out welcome gift bag for new customers!! When you become a loyal customer they get to know you and they're just so friendly. Their main shop is in uptown!! So glad they Branch out to Chisago, so we don't have to travel far to have out nails done. read more

I have been going here on and off for years, originally because it was nearby. But I will go out of my way to go there now. It looks like a normal salon, but the service and people are so very nice and professional. I have been to much more expensive salons. But at Chisago Nails, they go out of their way to make sure i have exactly what I want, and my nails are done so well, that I never need a touch up! Prices are right on par, but but the product and service is better than most. read more

This nail salon was by far the best one I have been to in this area. Not only was the staff friendly but, the nail technician took the extra time with me to create the specific design I wanted. I went to several other salons and not one would attempt the design I asked for. I would highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality and superior care in there nail experience.
