A little disappointed. I went here this last weekend and got a very simple manicure. Short full set one color. I was rushed, it was obvious, my nail was prepared by being chiseled and thats it, no wiping, no trimming or anything. My nails got repainted like 3 times because the individual doing them was rushing and smudged. Im not mad, im just disappointed as this is my 2nd time here-and the same thing happened basically. To be fair, I have very short nails so, there isnt much to trim, but at least "touch up" if that makes sense. I had 2 fingers bleeding as well, it was just a rough experience this last weekend. I sympathize because im sure they are extremely busy, but thats no excuse to rush. There was some acrylic under my nails too that wasnt taken off, so i had to do it when I got home too. They all seem like okay people, i just dont think the hype is all worth it, second time here, and treated the same way both times. Once during a holiday, once not. I would do a 1 star, but the people seem okay. They seem like they pick favorites though and only get along with certain individuals. Edit: it was a 2 star but not even a week later and my nails are brittle and falling off. (Ive gotten my nails done numerous times, normally lasting 3 weeks) so..now its a 1 star. read more

The service was mediocre at best, the person who did my nails was distracted the whole time so there crooked, and I asked for glitter and apparently it's 10$ more for that which they didn't tell me. It's also less clean than other salons I've been to. L read more

Beautiful nails! Sweet people. I got my nails done here for the fist time, and they are by far the best set I've received. My cuticles are damaged because i pick at them as a habit, and the nail tech Nini didn't knick or hurt me the whole time. The shaping is the cleanest, and their designs are so good.damn near flawless. 10/10 experience, will be returning. The environment in the shop was so warm and welcoming. read more

I have been getting my nails done at Miami nails for 3 years now, and I've always loved them, as well as the welcoming atmosphere and overall experience I've had here....but I also want to emphasize how much heart these talented nail techs have. Here is just one example: As I was getting my nails done yesterday, a snowstorm was starting, and it was a half hour until closing. Just then, a frantic woman and her child came in. The woman exclaimed "please help me!" She had went to another nail place in town (big mistake), and was showing her nails to everyone in the salon. The nail techs did not hesitate to assist her and her little girl despite the fact that they would obviously be there past closing, and in a snow storm. Love this place! read more

This place is the bomb dot com I never leave disappointed. I used to go to the same nail lady I drove two hours to see her she had done mg nails since I was 15 then I heard about this place and Kim showed me there were other nail angels out there because lord knows they are hard to find. I feel bad I forgot the ladies name that did my pedicure but it was amazing also! I was not rushed what so ever let me fit in a pedicure before my appointment which is best to make because they are busy being the best and all! I was in there the other day and the service I received was excellent. I wanted to tip my nail tech. I didn't want to be that person who does not tip after receiving an awesome service. When it was time to pay, I was told that I can not add the tip to my credit card. I had to tip with Cash. Why?! Are they trying to evade taxes? I don't carry a lot of cash with me and was told I can come back and give tip to him. Do I have time for that? NO, so my nail tech didn't receive the tip for his service and he was probably counting on that tip as income. I am disappointed as this business does not know how to run a business and treat their staff. read more

I got my nails done here yesterday because everybody was ranting about how well they did. They did do a great job, however my nails hurt SO BAD!! Not to mention There is a HUGE language barrier! I love this place. I went to Miami nails one afternoon after another nail salon's owner was very rud so I was a bit discouraged and irritated. The owners of Miami nails are the people who assisted me and my cousin. Bob and Nini are amazing people they are friendly and caring not to mention they do an amazing job. Bob's personality is great I always laugh when I go there, I recommend them to all my family and friends. They are a little more expensive, but I am ok with paying the extra money.
