Jordan is great. She has an awesome personality and she listens well. She doesn't tell you what to do or talk down to you. I highly recommend her in particular. I have had some issues over the years. They've been enough to keep me a way for a while, but somehow I end up always going back. I did however have one issue in particular that management handled well. I've been happy with the overall management and clearly they are doing something right, as there are a few faces that have been there since I started going in the 90s!
