The facility itself did not feel like an upscale spa. The waiting area was very small, restrooms were limited, and there was a tiny space for everyone to change and get dressed. There was nowhere to comfortably sit and do your hair or makeup afterward. For the prices being charged, we expected much more in terms of amenities, space, and comfort. We were also both very disappointed with our massages. I have had massages at resorts, local spas, boutique spas, and chiropractic offices, and this was honestly one of the lower quality massages I have received. I could not relax, the technique was disappointing, and there was a fan blowing on me along with distracting clicking and other noises throughout the massage. My girlfriend's experience was no better. She was noticeably flinching from the amount of pressure and pain during what was supposed to be a Swedish massage. She was still in pain for the rest of the day afterward. For the price, we expected quality massages and a relaxing, pampering spa experience. We received neither. I told them they will not stay in business long if they're going to treat people like that. I mean they could have at least called me back if they planned on leaving, right?? Common courtesy, right? Then I said I will just go to their competition instead if they don't care, but to my surprise I received the following reply... "Go ahead. Losing just one wont hurt us." This made me tell them I would be compelled to post a review to let people know what they did. Here is their next reply... "Go ahead. I have to review it first then it can be publish lol." So, obviously they don't care when it comes right down to it. I'm not saying don't go, but just be advised that if you do, you could end up wasting your time and money driving there. I think this was very unprofessional and want any others who are looking for a place to know the experience I had myself. I have looked into other reviews and have found other startling information that paints a negative picture of the business. Do not use this business if a certified massage therapist is what you are seeking.
