I went in for the first time and received a mani-pedi. I came here because I was not pleased with the last place I went to. Staff were very nice and even offered a beverage. The spa was beautiful but.........first of all, the tech did not wear gloves, both of my thumb nails were peeling the next day, my heels did not feel smoothe at all. there was a 28.00 gratuity applied to my card with payment made before I even was done. I also feel the amount I paid for the services I received was too much! I didn't know until I got there that hot tub was available with all services but was broken the day I was there. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The spa is clean and inviting. There is a co-ed lounge as well as a men's and women's lounge. It is a wonderful place to relax and de-stress. I had a package deal for a massage and pedicure. Both services were well done. It was great to enjoy the whirlpool between services and shower when done. The dressing room has everything you need. This place was awesome! I went for a massage. Too bad they only had a 25 minute opening, I would of definitely loved a longer one. The facility was beautifully designed. Shower, lockers, steam room all located in one area. Next room was the waiting room, very tranquil. And after that was the whirlpool room where you can use the whirlpool or sit around it, have snacks and listen to the sound of the waterfall, until greeted by your masseuse. Each service comes with complimentary use of the facility for the whole day, you can come and go as you please. For the same price as another spa, that's a great deal! They have samples of their products to use. This place was very clean and relaxing! I would definitely come back. The best part is they have hourly childcare in the casino. read more

Can I live here?? :). This place is amazing. We chose this for a girls weekend- honestly, if you can, do a couple of treatments and spend the day here. There are a few quiet sitting areas, a private whirlpool, and the locker room and amenities are spectacular. For my day, I chose a 90 minute massage and a full body sugar scrub.
