Nowhere, not the text, the website, or Google, mentioned anything about holiday hours. When I called later to ask what happened, the receptionist was really rude and actually yelled at me while I was just trying to understand why the hours were not what was expected. She made me feel like I was the one in the wrong, even though we ended up losing money and time because of their miscommunication. I don't like leaving negative reviews and rarely ever do, so I wanted the call to give the shop a chance to rectify this mistake by either refunding my cost or at least providing me with a shuttle so I wouldn't have to spend another $70 just to get back to my car, but I ended up just getting yelled at. The technicians seem great, but the lack of accurate info and the attitude from the front office made this a really stressful experience.
