Went in because my front diff on my jeep was making a noise. Joe didn't charge me for diagnosing it while other shops wanted 200 dollars for diagnose. Joe kept touching bases with me letting me know what the progress was. He kept his word on delivery date even after having complications matching some parts. I Have an 07 Tacoma that had a cheap lift that was riding really rough when i bought it, took it to Offroad customz and they hooked up the back with icon leaf springs and come to find out my shocks were blown out and my rear end was leaking. They did all the work and gave me a fair price on labor for the rear end repair/service being that the rear was going to be taken apart anyway. Great honest work and fast service. I usually don't write reviews however, I truly felt the need to write one for Joe and his crew and Offroad Customz! I stopped by a couple of days ago to get an estimate to have some work done on my Jeep. Off the bat, I was greeted by Joe and was kindly asked if I needed assistance. Brought in parts to level out my ride and replace my brake pads. He was kind enough to throw in an alignment on top of that plus, fit me into his busy schedule for the next day. He was kinder enough to still take me in even though I was fashionably late to the scheduled appointment which was inexcusable on my end IMO. Got a call the following evening to go pick it up and was surprised by the quick turn-around. To finish it all up, he did a walkthrough of the work done and updates on future maintenance that would be needed for my Jeep. My experience from start to finish exceeded my expectations. If you are the type of person who is willing to pay a fair price for honest/quality/professional work done to your rig, definitely stop by Offroad Customz. If you felt anxious about dropping off your jeep at a new shop, this place will change that. They'll take good care of you and you won't be disappointed. The guys at Offroad Customz are extremely knowledgeable and fair - they did a stellar job on my Jeep and I couldn't be more happy. I had them do an axle seal and ball joints. They did a great job and were able to pre-plan for me to come back after 500 miles to get the oil changed again. They also installed a drive shaft for me as well as new blinker lights doing quality work. The were careful when inspecting my rig and found additional work that needed to be done (barrings going out in the front) and were able to replace them as well. Took my Jeep here to get new ball joints installed as mine wore out and my usual shop had a 6 week wait. What a mistake. Told me needed new axle housing since had too many ball joint changes so sold me on a Dynatrac. After leaving the shop Jeep did not drive right. On the 405, hit a pothole and the entire steering trajectory changed and I'm left fighting with the BAS system at 70 MPH trying to slow down without flipping over. Turns out the Synergy ball joints didn't fit in the Dynatrac housing so sold me some Prosteers. Again, out of the shop thing still drove horribly and wandered all over the place, and the BAS system would fire in tight turns. Took it back several more times and they kept selling me more stuff that never worked. Frustrated, I took it to my usual shop, and they aligned the vehicle properly which helped but still wandering all over the place. Swapped out the track bar too as shop told me Synergy track bar was giving me the BAS problems (that Customz installed because they said my perfectly good existing track bar was not good with Dynatrac). Went back to talk to Armin and he told me it is now my steering gearbox that is bad. Spoke with Dynatrac several times and they were not very helpful either and told me to keep driving it to break the stuff in (isn't 2k miles enough to break in parts?) or that the install was bad. Anyways, stay away from this shop, and Dynatrac. I brought a 20k Jeep in, spent 10k and now have something not even worth 5k. Not to mention the time wasted (10 shop visits) as well as I haven't been able to go anywhere and use my Jeep for Jeep things (which is why I bought it in the first place). The most upsetting part is that they would send a customer out in a Jeep that had improperly installed ball joints that was totally out of alignment. Didn't seem to care that I almost died because of their botched repair job. read more

I had my Jeep worked on at Off Road Customz about a week ago, I have to say that I was impress by the speed of service and the friendly team over there. The job was supposed to take around 2 days, they got it done in a day and the charge was almost half what I normally paid outside. It is hard to find a honest custom shop that you can trust nowadays. This is an amazing shop they do top quality work at a more than reasonable price. They stand behind all of their work and are over all very honest people to do business with. I had very bad experiences with multiple other car shops and dealers and I will never take my Jeep anywhere else but here. Long story short I bought a Jeep blindly along with a bogus warranty and the suspension was totally shot. I brought the car to Joe and he gave a one week turnaround date and a more than reasonable estimate. I got a call from Joe the morning of the finish date he gave me telling me my car was all ready to be picked up. When I got there joe showed me everything they had fixed and how it all added up to the original estimate he had given me. My point in this story is that these people do business the way it should be done. They tell you straight up how much it's going to cost (and why) and how long it's gonna take and they work hard and deliver on their promises. Couldn't be more pleased to have found this shop. I will be taking my Jeep here for everything from tires to upgrades as long as I own it. read more
