Maurice the service advisor was awesome. He followed up with me to get me scheduled in and gave me a great price for installing my suspension upgrade and alignment. They have really good Tech's here and the Tech performed a high quality install. They also installed my SAE fog lights which I purchased online. Bought a used Tacoma with suspension lift already on it. Took it to OFU just to have it checked out for my own ease of mind. They couldn't do the inspection right then but said if I brought it the next morning they would check it out. A few hours after I dropped it off they called and said it was ready. I did my homework on a suspension upgrade I wanted on my 3rd gen Tacoma and these guys responded very quickly with a very reasonable quote. Their quote was almost $1K less than what my local guy wanted so I didn't mind the hour drive. During the installation process, they kept me informed about their progress and any issues at every step. They discovered a safety issue with the lug nuts a previous installer used and I'm glad they did. At one point they needed very specific end caps to complete the install on the parts I brought in (my fault the end caps were missing) and they found a way to make it work with their parts bin, saving a return trip for me and a delay on the install. I find these guys are all professional, and no nonsense installers. No pressure to upsell me on anything, and they made recommendations that saved me money in the long run. Came here about a year ago or so to get some help with my truck making noises. They were able to find and fix the issue which was great! Called in recently to inquire about a cab mount chop/ body mount chop for my Tacoma but who ever answered my call didn't know what the job was and wasn't much help. I have been with Off Road Unlimited for several years, now. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Recently, I had new rock sliders put on. Also, week ago I had some lights put on, too. Tuesday, I had a chance to put them both too use. Went with a group of friends from the 805/818 Overland Bound group to Rattlesnake Canyon up in Johnson Valley and did a 30 mile trail run. The trail was a bit rough from being was out in last months big storms from Hurricane Hillary. The bottom of the traill was dust filled, the new lights really helped with being seen in dust clouds. Most of the trail going up the hill was rutted, rocky and bouldery. The new rock sliders definately got used and did theier job well!
