I'm surprised I didn't write a review earlier. I asked Koko to make me a custom cage made from rebar to protect the catalytic converter in my Honda Accord. It got stolen and I wanted to prevent it from happening again. This seemed like the best solution as a deterrent. So I was pretty disappointed, or so I thought, when I started the car a year later to hear the sound of a missing cat. Only it wasn't missing...someone tried to steal it and got one cut into the pipe only to realize that it was going to be way too difficult cutting through the cage, so they gave up and left. The repair for the cut was pretty straightforward. Anway, Koko is awesome and I wish more people knew about these rebar cages to protect their car, especially if you own a Prius, a Honda Accord, or one of several other easy targets. read more

Called yesterday to see if I can come in to potentially do a muffler/resonator delete on my 2021 Civic Type R. They told me I could come in anytime the next day so I went, they removed 2 mufflers, did a sound test, and I liked it so I was out. Super fast, super easy, and was very affordable. Bought a new exhaust on a whim and didn't know where to go. Called many places but these guys were the only ones whose photos on Yelp actually showed them doing work on regular cars on a normal lift. The price was pretty standard, I called about maybe 8 places in the valley and 4 outside, theirs was about the same. The only difference was that these guys did my exhaust in 15 or so minutes, maybe 10. Right in front of me. No "hey wait in the waiting room" or anything, you can watch them work on your car right in front of you. I got a Remark exhaust for my civic Si. If you guys read this review, great work, honestly was pretty impressed at how fast you worked. Other places told me it was gonna take like 2-4 hours, don't understand why really. read more

Not sure what else I can add to what all the other reviewers have already said! SuperTuning is the ONLY SPOT I will go to for anything I need done to my car (performance wise). KOKO the owner, is an exhaust magician. He and Mark are both extremely skilled. They are the only two people who will be working on your car - no lackey who doesn't know anything will be touching your baby. Welds are almost factory quality. Koko has all the parts needed to modify pretty much any exhaust to fit your car. There is also the "Koko Special" which is a completely custom-made exhaust! I personally have not gotten a custom made exhaust but I've seen a few and they were all consistent- he understands velocity, backpressure, etc so you will have the best flowing exhaust if you decide to go custom. Rasp is not an issue as he also has all different types of mufflers. There are also a bunch of different muffler tips to choose from as well. You can bring your own, and he will weld it on. (This applies to pretty much everything else too). I will be getting an extension welded onto my exhaust as it's for a Z - my car is the exact same as a 370z / G37 in everything except it basically has an bigger and longer SUV "shell" haha I have personally gotten 2 test pipes and a catback exhaust installed. He has LIFETIME WARRANTY on his work, so if your exhaust gasket cracks, he will replace it - you should probably get the Z1 gasket to begin with though lol. Currently on my 3rd SAME MODEL CAR (had a 2012, a 2015, now a 2017) as I love everything about it, the fact that it's NA, and the last of the VQ37 engines.... I have a long tube CAI, IS-R single exit exhaust and Y pipe sitting in my garage which will all be installed in a few days. Since I have only gone here since years ago, Koko knows me and looks out for me- but don't get me wrong, even as a first time customer he will not do anything shady like give you a pricey quote that almost every other shop would do. A few times he had his shop open past posted hours and still worked on my car. His prices are fair, his work speaks for itself, just check the SuperTuning Instagram to see for yourself.
