They were so nice in getting me in and out quickly. The job done on putting in a new muffler was a good one. My old muffler exhaust was so rusted because my car came from the northeast with all of the snow and salt and is 16 years old. I was grateful that he replaced the muffler by sawing off a little bit of the main exhaust pipe and adding an new nut to attach the muffler instead of trying to upsell me a new main exhaust as well. SOoo happy I found this place - I needed a muffler all of a sudden (on my way home from work all of a sudden it was riDICULOUSLY loud) - so this morning, i went to my regular mechanic (who is very honest), but he doesn't install mufflers anymore- but he said it was definitely JUST the muffler (not cat converter) - & said to go to a nearby place that only does exhaust systems - but don't go to a large chain - so i found these guys in google maps and called them& he quoted me $150 (which i thought was great cuz i thought it would be so much more!) - so he told me to come over - he looked at it and called me & said "good news it is only the muffler" (he could have ripped me off & said it was the converter or extra piping/welding, etc - but he was honest). We came down to Burbank to visit Universal Studios, and ran into some scrap on the highway. We figured out we had a hole in our muffler and looked for someone nearby that could help us out. Let me say, this establishment is wonderful. The mechanic that helped us out (sadly, we didn't get his name) gave us instructions over the phone to get to his place and let us know that he would be able to help us. He got us in and out within an hour and for a good price. Definitely a spot that should have more attention. The work of an honest mechanic with a genuine passion for what he does.
