The cleanest auto body shop I have ever been into! Best experience I've had at the mechanic. Trustworthy man!

I cannot speak highly enough of this business. On my first visit, I brought my car in due to a malfunctioning headlight. I tried to replace the bulb myself, but that didn't solve the problem, leading me to suspect an electrical problem. I brought my car in without an appointment, and Armen welcomed me and promptly inspected my car. He invited me to wait in his office while he worked, where he generously offered water, coffee, and an array of high-quality snacks. His genuine kindness and hospitality left a lasting impression. Armen quickly identified the problem--a loose connection--and solved it in under 10 minutes, without charging me a cent. I have since returned for an oil change and was met with the same exceptional hospitality and service. If you're in need of automotive care, look no further! Armen's dedication to exemplary service ensures that you'll be well taken care of here. Armen truly goes above and beyond to ensure quality care and customer satisfaction. read more

I'm truly blown away at the kindness and honesty. He is a solid mechanic who isn't looking to nickel and dime you at any opportunity. I felt well guided on what needed service and what didn't. I hope this man stays busy and is well taken care of. We need more honest businessmen like him in this world. read more

My catalytic converter was stolen and I was in frenzy to look for a shop that would be able to take my car before or during the weekend. I called a few shops but Armen was the only one who actually picked up on a Friday afternoon. He was able to take my car in the next morning. He made efforts to find me a reasonably priced catalytic converter, even calling the dealer (which was unfortunately 3-4 months backed up on them since of all the stolen incidences), and was able to find me one. I was able to get my car back on Monday. He even washed my car and gave me raspberries. The shop itself is located in the back lot of a carwash, which can make it hard to miss, but I definitely recommend Armen for his communication, professionalism, customer service and timely repairs to my car. read more

I know Sacramento is hurting because Armen is out here in LA now! Armen saved me so much $$$! If you all don't go here to fix your cars, you are missing out!! I got in my car to go to work & some lights I've never seen before were on my dash. Armen was able to find the issue in a matter of 15 minutes and resolved it in such a creative way. I was so impressed! His shop is behind the car wash all the way in the back. He was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and was so thorough with explaining what needed to be done. I will not be taking my car to any other mechanic...Armen 4ever!!! 11/10 service- highly recommend read more

We had an accident on a Sunday afternoon and Armin bent over backwards to help me with the tow and storing our car on his lot despite being out of town. He also gave great advice about using our car insurance for the damage. We ultimately ended up doing the work with another body shop because the damage was so extensive and it made more sense to go with a shop that was in-network with our insurer. But Armin was such a mensch throughout, I wanted to shout him out. read more

I had trouble with my 2000 f150 engine (The engine had 208,000 miles on it) overheating after my thermostat went out and blew my radiator hoses open. I had changed all that plus the water pump but it did not solve the problem. My mechanic told me to take it to an engine specialist. I found Armen's great reviews here on Yelp. I contacted him and told him of my problem. He told me my options and called me back the next day with more options. He ended up changing out my engine for an original engine with 90,000 miles on it. It was done in 7 days at a great price and now my truck is running excellent. Armen is a very good mechanic and a very honest person who will try and get you the best deal. I would highly recommend if you have engine problems. You will not regret it. Thanks brother. It was a pleasure read more

My Jeep Cherokee didn't start on Sunday morning and I had it towed to Armen that afternoon. He thoroughly explained what the issue could be and said that he would fix the problem at a reasonable price. The next morning he called me to say my car was ready. He only charged me for the price of the part, the labor and diagnostic were free. I have always gone to dealerships to get work done, but now I'll only be going to Armen. He is reliable, knowledgeable and genuinely wants to help his customers. read more

Had some weird sounds coming from my wheel and was told of other issues with my car from other mechanics. Armen was great! He looked at my car while I was still there and found the wheel problem and also looked at the other issues I might be having and was able to fix it right then and there since it turned out to be minor. Within a matter of 30 minutes I was driving out of the parking lot feeling confident in the safety of my car. He took the time to educate me on each issue And let me know whether it was something that needed to be taken care of immediately or if I can wait a little bit longer to save up money for repairs. Very friendly and honest. Will definitely be going back for all my car concerns!! Thanks Armen! read more

I was in desperate need to get my wheel bearing fixed. I went to 3 different shops in the area (they gave me the wrong diagnostics or couldn't see me till 3 days after for a simple test drive) But then I found Armen. He was able to take me in the same day and had my car fixed in just a couple hours. His prices are very reasonable. He is very professional and honest. The shop is very very clean. I will be coming here from now on with any of my car service needs. My car drives like new, I am very happy. Highly recommend!! Thank you again! read more

This place is the epitome of a hidden gem. Tucked away behind a large carwash operation, Armen has created a car mechanic's oasis. I consider myself a huge car fanatic and have worked with various mechanics for several decades. It was clearly evident to me that Armen genuinely appreciates and is exceptionally knowledgable in automobiles. This place is unlike any mechanic I've been to and feels like something out of a movie and I love it. (That type of movie where a quiet local car mechanic is actually an automotive genius who gets discovered and helps win the championship race.) The quality of this operation is clearly evident by looking inside Armen's shed at his tool collection and meticulous organization. (along with the cars he has worked on and noticing some celebrity clients of his) I found Armen because I was working on my Corvette and accidentally over torqued one of my throttle body bolts causing it to snap in half while still in the manifold. I needed someone knowledgable to extract the broken bolt for me and this place was open on a Sunday! Initially when I snapped the bolt, I was upset and felt unlucky but little did I know that my luck about to change as the incident lead me to find Complete Auto Surgery and meet Armen along with his car enthusiast son! Within 15 minutes, Armen was able to extract the broken bolt from my throttle body/intake manifold and he even installed a replacement bolt for me. All in all, I couldn't be happier that I found this awesome mechanic shop and I highly recommend it! read more

Finally!! An honest and good mechanic in the valley! Armen is such a kind person and he graciously took care of an issue caused by the oil change place at the car wash. My alternator suddenly went out on my Range Rover on Saturday afternoon and it starting causing some computer glitches while I was driving. I pulled over and found Complete Auto Surgery on yelp a few blocks from where I was. Pulling into this location I was pretty suspect as it looks like a little pop up shop tucked away behind a carwash. Once I pulled in and met Armen, he told me exactly what was wrong and gave me a very fair quote. He finished the job within a few hours of receiving the part and even washed my car when he gave it back to me. He was super nice and very trustworthy. Don't be afraid to go here just because it does not look like a typical auto shop. Armen is a solid guy and I would for sure take my car back to him if I needed anything. read more

Let me begin by saying this, the phrase "hidden gem" was invented exclusively for Complete Auto Surgery. I have never felt so comfortable with a mechanic working on my car. Every tool he uses is pristine clean. Work area, spotless. I cannot speak highly enough of Armen. I have never been more impressed in my life. I took my car in to Armen a couple days ago because it was making this terrible screeching noise, and before even parking and turning the car off he determined what the issue was and had a solution on the way. 10/10, would give 6 stars if I could. Take your car here! Arman just saved our lives. We're on a road trip and our check engine light came on. He stayed open to help us, was so kind and speedy, and did the best job fixing something that could have derailed us. To boot, he noticed the tread was thinner on our front tires than our back and switched them out for us. He truly just set us off on the right foot on what could have otherwise been a terrible detour! Thank you Arman! read more

Very happy with Armen. Was honest with repairs. I will be bringing our cars back to him.

I read all of the positive reviews and thought he would be an honest mechanic, but that was not the case. I did like that he was able to get me in right away and was quickly able to figure out the problem in my car. I needed the sway bar replaced on both front ends. He initially told me he would do it for free since I just needed the bushings replaced. Then, he couldn't get the bolt out without cutting it so he said $100 for parts and that he would not charge for labor. He calls some auto parts store, tells me they only have one in stock so I say okay go for it! He also checks the other side and says another $100 for that side. Meanwhile, I'm googling this because $100 seems like a lot. I find them for $35 for BOTH front ends, to which he calls back the store who I hear saying they have them in stock and it's $35 that comes with two parts for both of the front ends. He was like "Oh, they have two" like he didn't try to tell me there was only one available not two minutes ago. He then tries to tell me he thought they said $60 instead of $16, which made no sense regarding he quoted me $100 each but I decided to play along since he did have my wheel off of the car. Overall, car feels good, but I do seem to have been scammed for a much higher cost. He charged me $236 initially for labor + parts, which was crazy since he said he would not charge me for labor but the parts... but then came down to $200. I just took my car to another mechanic for an overall inspection who quoted me $65 for labor and probably $35 each for parts on the sway bars. He also tried to get me to change my front brake pads for $200 after telling me they were at about 10%. Just for replacing the brake pads and "cleaning the rotors," not even replacing the rotors... That's half a job if you do not replace the rotors. In addition, I've been to the Cadillac dealership and my other mechanic since seeing him a few days ago, who have told me brakes were fine and I still had about 10-15k miles left on them... Anyways, I'm out $200 when I apparently could have gotten it done for $100, but I'm giving him more than one star since he was able to fix it up right then. read more

Stop looking for a mechanic. I've been wasting time and money for years out here looking for a honest and skilled mechanic. I've finally found him. Armen is a godsend. He fixed my electrical problems on a Sunday on Father's day. Diagnosed my sister's car while we waited and serviced the throttle body on my car because he noticed the rpms were low. Only charged me a minimal price. He could of slapped a huge fee for the work he did. Honestly he was a life saver. Tell all your friends Armen is the truth. You wont be disappointed. My 2009 VW Beetle engine blew out from leaking water and oil neglect with 140K miles on it. We've taken our other VW Rabbit to Armen for a few years and we completely trust him with his work. So when the engine blew on the freeway I immediately called him and asked if we could tow it there and he said 'yes, bring it in so he can look at it'. There was a lot wrong with the engine and we decided in this market, it would be best to replace the whole engine. He found one but called back and said that when he checked it out it was no good and he'll look for a better one. Found one with less miles and got to work on it ASAP. Came to pick the car up and it was immaculate. The car and engine is brand new! We've been driving the car for a week and it's perfect! Armen takes pride in his work and is such a good spirit. I can't recommend him and his work enough. He is very thorough and meticulous. All good signs in a mechanic.
