My Jeeps catalytic is bad however there was an unsettling sound that occurred Post diagnosis at another shop... Gary at LA muffler found why there was the noise in 2.5 seconds and took care of the loose bolts within 30 minutes same day! He is extremely knowledgeable and kind! Best experience so far regarding service on my 2015 Lifted Jeep. Seems like a family run business which is even better! Thank you Gary and LA Muffler team :) read more

L.A Muffler and Catalytic is the place to go for all of your car needs! I was recently unfortunate enough to have had the catalytic converter cut out of my car. Not knowing where to go, I checked out Yelp. L.A Muffler had great reviews so I decided to check them out. Jr was incredibly helpful, patient and taught me more than I ever knew about catalytic converters lol. He does some of the best car work that I have seen in the valley, and will always charge a fair price. Once again, this shop is the place to go for all of your car needs! read more

My muffler started making noise a couple of days ago. Peeked under my car and saw my muffler disconnected from the mid pipe. I called around for pricing to various muffler shops and I explained the problem. This shop was the best price. I spoke with Jr. He told me to bring it in and he could take care if it right away. I drove there, he immediately put my car on the lift, cut the bad piece off, checked out the entire muffler system, said no other problem areas, welded on a new piece, 15-20 mins later, I was good to go and he guaranteed his work! Good work, good prices, good customer service, very nice guy, definitely recommend this place to anyone needing muffler or catalytic work...Will definitely use him again for any future work. read more

After getting into a car accident and my vehicle had been sitting for awhile some scum bag stole the catalytic converter off my car. My car was making noise like I was a race car. It was horribly loud. Luckily I found this shop. Junior gave me the best price in handling this situation. He also gave me different options. He did such a great job in fixing my car I came back and had him install a new battery terminal as well. He has great prices, does excellent work, and has connection with other car shops such as body shops. I highly recommend Junior for the listed reasons. read more

After reading the first couple of reviews, I decided to give this place a try since my local repair shop was having issues with scheduling me a repair on time. When I first arrived, a very happy customer was getting ready to leave. I brought the car here to have an electronic cat-back exhaust installed, and not only did he do the job correctly-but he made the wiring setup twice as efficient as my local muffler shop would've been able to do. I am astounded overall at how he did all this in such a short amount of time. This job was done in exactly the amount of time quoted. The quality of service and professionalism I experienced was impeccable. I am no longer afraid to get exhaust work done to my car. Now, I know why the customer ahead of me was so happy because I am finally happy myself. God bless LA Muffler! read more

The man. The legend. Vartan (Vic). , …read more This guy has been taking care of his customers for decades, and there's a reason I've been coming back since I was 16 years old. I'm 40 now, and I honestly didn't even know our old pal was still here. Walked in and there he was, still smiling, still doing what he does best, and still crafting exhausts like a damn legend. Some things just don't change. I went in for a muffler delete on my F-150, and now everyone keeps asking me if I put a MagnaFlow or some other aftermarket exhaust on it. Nope. Just a muffler delete. And boy does this truck sound like a BEAST. Exactly what I wanted. Requested Service for Muffler Delete and he spent almost entire hour Welding, at one point I joked and said Uncle it's not a big deal, let's goo and he smiled saying it's a Work of Art, you don't rush work of Art. What I love about Exhaust Pro is there's no bullshit. You bring the vehicle in, Vartan looks at it, tells you exactly what you need, gives you a fair price, and gets the job done. No trying to sell you things you don't need, no unnecessary upgrades, no games. And the workmanship? Absolutely top notch. These guys know exhaust systems inside and out. The cuts, welding, fitment, and attention to detail are exactly what you want when someone is working on your vehicle. I've been around enough automotive shops over the years to know the difference between someone who is just trying to make a quick buck and someone who genuinely takes pride in his craft. Vartan is the second one. He's been doing this for years, and it shows. It was honestly great seeing him again after all these years. Same guy, same smile, same passion for the work. That kind of loyalty between a customer and a shop doesn't happen by accident. Fair prices. Honest work. No bullshit. Real craftsmanship. If you need exhaust or muffler work, go see Vartan and the crew at Exhaust Pro. I've been coming here for almost 25 years, and that should tell you everything you need to know. 5 stars all day.
