She ends up keeping me on hold for (1 hour!) when I was trying to get a supervisor. Giving me excuses saying its a 3rd party vendor. Which if OFFICE DEPOT is using this 3rd party vendor its not my concern as a customer. The package is ending up going to a different state, random address. If I didn't reach out to VEYER they were going to send my package to a random address. VEYER chat then stated I am correct it was going to a wrong address by mistake from the shipper. When speaking to VEYER, they said they going to provide a refund for my order and reship it to my correct address. then a few minutes later they said they gave me a "credit" which is different than a "refund" so thats the other issue. He didn't know the difference between the wording (refund vs credit), so i agreed with the credit and proceed with getting my package to my correct address, then I had to waste another hour on the chat getting this sorted. Still hasn't been resolved while writing this post. I wouldn't order anything from OFFICE DEPOT, again or any service that uses VEYER. they are unprofessional and the customer service representative should be held accountable, they want to waste customers time and they are clueless at doing there jobs. -----(round 2), I call today to ask for a supervisor because yesterday they didnt resolve anything on the phone... my package as of now is going to a different address thats not mine. they didnt do anything to cancel that order or provide me a refund now my package is going to another place. Please dont order anything from OFFICE DEPOT. they give you a excuse saying its a 3rd party vendor etc.. but I didnt order from your vendor I ordered from officedepot.com who is responsible not me... you guys are. --(round 3) I just got a call from a Paula Giraldo Executive Customer Relations | Office Depot, as what I assumed they weren't going to do anything.. There is plenty of surface lot parking throughout and it's off of a main road, so it's easy to access. I came here to have a poster printed. It was well lit inside, and not crowded. The aisles are spacious enough and easy to access whatever you're looking to purchase. The registers are toward the right when you enter, and the printing center further to the right after the registers end. While in the store, I was able to use their free WiFi and order a custom poster right from my phone. The experience using their online ordering was very user friendly and I was able to quickly put together a poster with ease! The attendant was kind of enough to also quickly print my product since I was inside the store (instead waiting the usual 1 hour). Outside the upkeep looks to be at a minimum. There is a lot of litter and trash throughout the parking lot. And the surrounding area looks to be run down. Overall, the experience inside was seamless, simple, and quick. They also let me bring my dog in - so extra points for that accommodation! Not sure if I'll need their services again, but did appreciate my experience, but do think the outside need a a facelift.

We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great. If you have your package with or without box or labels you can get in and out the store. Don't let a line scare you. The representatives do a good job of assisting customers. I have never had an issue here. The representatives might not be the friendliest with smiles but they are efficient! And for me it works. The majority of my transactions are no cost to me because the shipping fee is covered with my return but the value of shipping is reasonable.

And you may not get much of anything for taking in packages for pickup, But you got into a business to provide service for a shipping company. That's your fault not the customer and trying to find every way to nickel and dime your potential customer coming in to drop off a package is really poor service. I won't be back! I won't be back, and you can call yourself lucky I didn't have the time to go to another location and just dealt with you.
