I told him the size of TV we wanted. He asked what brand we wanted. I said I didn't know and asked him to show us some options. He pointed at the TV in front of us and said it was a good TV if you have an Android phone. I told him that I don't have an Android phone. Then he asked what brand I wanted. I repeated that I didn't know. Then he told me that it would be helpful if I knew what brand I wanted. I told him for the third time that I didn't know but that I would appreciate some advice. He told me that things work better when customers know what brand they want. I told him for the fourth time that I didn't know. This was one of the funniest interactions I've had in recent memory, but I had to cut it off and ask if there was someone else who could help me. He seemed relieved and got Adam, who was fantastic. Adam gave several recommendations at different price points and explained the features. Then he helped me get the cords and adapters to hook it up to my sound system. He even lent me his tape measure to see if it would fit in my car (not even close!) Adam was great. The rest of the experience was pretty lousy.

Then the guy installed it improperly so the microphone does work and the dashboard dimmer control doesn't dim the unit's screen. When I realized the problem and found out it was an installation problem they told me the installation warranty did not cover me and I would have to pay another install charge to get it fixed. They screwed up and want me to pay for it.

I arrived 30 minutes before closing, and Patrick and Bob generously stayed with me for an extra 90 minutes at their desk after the closing time passed in order to answer all of my questions and assauge my anxieties.
