Most recently I wanted to upgrade an old turntable and was able to try out units over a wide range of price points, until I tried an Technics SL-1200G (Grand Class) in the high-end room. Nice but expensive and very heavy (40 lbs). Nick G. walked me through all the various options and I ended up ordering the black-finish version (SL-1210G). When placing the order, Nick noted that he lived very near my house and offered to drop off the new unit once it was in stock and set-up. But a few days later I got a call that the unit was back-ordered and could take over a month to arrive. So he offered to drop off their demonstration unit at my house in the meantime! Three weeks later, the SL-1210G arrived and Nick took care of dropping off the new one and picking up their unit. Now that is amazing service!

I talked to John about coming over to fill out the claim form and he said 95% of the time it's something he can fix. And he did! I got both my tv's back, working perfectly, and paid less for the repair than I would have paid for my insurance deductible. He even called me with updates when the parts were back ordered. I sent pictures of the issue I was facing, and Yan responded with a canned statement saying he "contacted LG" and that my issue was normal and gaslit me by saying that it was "in spec" and "wasn't effecting normal viewing experience". I said it did, in fact, affect my normal viewing experience, or I wouldn't be complaining about it, and it was unacceptable for a $1500 TV. Yan said he "contacted LG again" and that "there was nothing to be done". I assumed there was nothing I could do, and dropped it. A few weeks later, a specialist from LG called me to ask how my service experience was. I told her everything that happened, and she said that they NEVER received contact from anyone at A&M in regards to my case, let alone that they said my TV was normal. Within a few days, I had a first-party LG Employee come look at my TV, and he immediately said that my problem was way out of spec and my TV panel was replaced a few days later without issue. Yan is a joke who lies to and gaslights everyone he comes across. If an entire page of 1 stars isn't enough to sway you to PLEAD whoever assigned A&M to you for someone else, best of luck.

I have contacted A&M electronics to have them return the parts from the tv that he took while "trying" to fix it. He does nothing but talk down to his customers so I decided to take matters into my own hands and contacted Toshiba to inquire about getting the parts that he supposedly sent to them but they don't have him on their list of service providers so they don't know who he sent the parts too. My next call is to the BBB and report him for fraud. All I want is my parts that he took returned.
