Beware, the employees here are dishonest. I went in to pick up a phone I had ordered online, they told me that if I had come in the store to make the purchase and trade in my phone I would get $800 for my trade in. What they didn't disclose to me was that it would require them to upgrade my plan which would ultimately add $25 a month to my bill. I only discovered this while talking to Verizon customer service. They purposely tried to hide information and say things in a way that made it seem like this benefited me. Go to an official Verizon store and not an authorized retailer like this place. read more

For various reasons, I needed a new phone right away. Walaa worked with me for probably two hours to review available options, try out numerous phones, and ultimately choose the best one for me. She is pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. I wound up with a new phone and a portable hotspot for the same monthly amount. The store has recently been remodeled and is bright and open. There's plenty of free parking. Overall, it was a great experience. read more

This place is under new management and the new manager is working really hard to turn this place around. My husband's phone repeatedly turned itself off so we needed a new phone for him. We usually go to the corporate store in Warrington. The corporate staff are grossly incompetent so we tried this store. The manager matched the price at the corporate store. I was a little cautious to stop into this location, as my last experience here wasn't the best. However, seeing a sign that listed they were " Under new management" I decided to give it a shot. I had been having trouble accessing data on my phone despite being on an unlimited plan. I spoke with Gary - the new store manager, who was not only super friendly and professional, but he was able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. He also helped me back up all my photos to google drive and gave me a breakdown on how to make sure I never loose any of my files on the phone. His professionalism and confidence has definitely made me a customer for life and I will be coming back when my upgrade is due! read more

So this negative experience didn't end on Friday, it continued over the weekend. The manager named Patrick W., reached out to me after I left the Yelp feedback and asked to verbally talk to him over the phone. He gave the store phone number and his personal cell phone number as well. I didn't feel comfortable calling him because I never met him at the store, his Yelp account said he was from San Francisco and no other information about him. I told him his account looked fake and his reply was "it came through Facebook that's why it looked that way"...what???? I was not interested in speaking with him and didn't trust him, so I replied back saying everything with my phone is fine now and what I said on my review were the facts of what happened and it was the TRUTH. There was an aterial motive of all Patrick's messages. He asked me to take down my review so I wouldn't ruin his business. I continued to respond to his replies telling him what I said was the truth and that Yelp was available to give people a heads up about a business, good or bad and I wouldn't take it down. People can think for themselves and have their own experiences, but Yelp allows consumers to express in details their experience(s) of a business, so I did. This store said the battery in the phone was swollen and caused my phone to die. The battery was not swollen as they/he stated (which Patrick W. never saw my phone, because he wasn't there at the time) because I took it to the Warrington store who said there was not any swelling of the battery at all..."that store misinformed you". "You're phone would have a huge bulge on the back of it if there was a battery swelling issue", (my phone is completely flat). "It's really rare for that to happened to a Samsung S7 Edge, never heard of that happening, the ONLY issues I've seen and heard of were with the Samsung Note." Then Patrick W. said, there must be something he could do so I would take down the review, "give you some kind of account credit." I told him I wasn't interested and I wasn't going to take it down. To prove my point about being clueless, one of his responses talked about an IPhone not being normal to poweroff and not restart....I DON'T HAVE AN IPHONE, never did, I have an ANDROID which has always worked fine until the weird thing that happened that day. Further more, he kept resending new messages through Yelp 6 times. I kept telling him I will not take it down and to stop messaging me. When I mentioned about past negative reviews I saw on Yelp after I left feedback he said "those are from past management." Maybe it's not the mangement , it's the employees or both. I asked him 3 times to stop messaging me and he wouldn't stop, so I'm posting this now as he has been HARASSING me to take down the post and still trying to "cover up" this experience with a "account credit." I told him my last message was my last, but he kept it up, so I had to edit this post. They were WRONG, PUSHY, DISHONEST, SELL HAPPY and now HARASSING! Patrick W, please don't contact me anymore, I don't want your bribe and and I'm keeping the post up. It is what it is, so learn from it and move on. I bought a new Apple iPhone 11 Pro from the Apple store in January. I wanted to protect my phone with the best case and screen protector I could get. A few weeks later at the end of January I went to the Verizon store in Richboro and the salesman talked me into a Nano invisible screen protector. He said it was the best and he guaranteed the screen wouldn't crack. He threw his phone down to prove it. I spent $80 for my own and my daughter' s screen protector for the phone. I dropped my phone a few days later and the entire screen shattered. I have never had a cracked screen from any other screen protector. I went back to the store and the manager said he would get me a new screen for my phone for $30. I waited a month, called him at least 10 times, and went into the store but he never called me back. I called the company that owns the store and they more or less told me to get lost. I spent $300 for Apple to repair the phone and spent $100 more for two "good" screen protectors that are guaranteed. I called the Verizon store again and they said the best they could do was to refund my money for the screen protector if I didn't write a bad review. If you want an Apple phone and/or have Verizon as your carrier please either go directly to Verizon or to Apple if you want to buy a phone or any accessory. They are dishonest and untrustworthy. read more

This was by far the best experience I have ever had a phone store. Went in to find out what my options were for replacing a broken phone. I'm pregnant and a week from delivery and very distraught about being without a phone in case of an emergency. Patrick W was who helped me, he was patient and understanding. Went over all options. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Dishonest and unethical. All seemed good with my purchases of 3 iphones and a replacement wifi until I looked at the bill (which was never given to me at the store nor emailed as they stated....have to get their corporate office to send to me) and saw they charged me for the wifi which was a replacement due to a recall, told me I need wireless charges at $70 which I did not, charged $25 for a plug that I was told I needed and did not. I was also charged for some drying service they offer that I did not know about and was charged $30 for and they added damaged insurance to my phones which I stated I did not want. All in they charged me over $150 in fees that were not needed. Additionally, I ordered an ipad because it was going to save me over $130 because of a deal they had. Waited a few weeks and was called and was told it was in, get to the store sit around for an hour and they cannot figure out how to process the ipad so I can pay for it. They stated that Verizon didn't realize they shipped it so they called them to cancel the order then the store manager realizes they can't process the order because it was another customers order. She then tells me they can't reorder because it is not available so I asked them to call Verizon back to fix the their mistake and she said they can't. They then were trying to locate one at another store and promised to call me back but did not. The manager, Walaa was very unprofessional and made me fell uncomfortable. Phil who I thought was great was the one who added all the charges to my bill. I contacted their corporate offices and was told that I would get a call back and over a week later no call. I would run from this company. I disputed the charges with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the better business bureau. read more

The Richboro store is the most helpful of any Verizon store I have been in. All the employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They take the time to clearly explain matters. The so called "manager" of this place took full advantage of going into my acct putting a "hot spot" (I had no idea what this was until months later) on without my permission or consent and racked up my bill ten dollars a month. I didn't know this cause my family had left Verizon and I was the only one on the plan hence why I went in there in the first place. I was paying for this device that was never given to me or even mentioned about for three months, after calling Verizon they told me they had no parts of this, the manager refused to take it off and make up lies saying he gave it to me. There was no records of signature (thank god) and he finally confessed to putting this device on without me knowing. I will be switching carriers shortly because of how disgusted I was with Verizon and how they handled this situation.
