Next I could take it to the Genius Bar but I'd be detached from my Apple crack 3-5 days too long. Now I'm speculating that might cost me $70 min there, so I opted to splurge another $30 to have it done while waiting. If it was only $70 I would have given them 5 stars but even at that premium cost I'm still pleased by the professionalism and speed of service. While we were told it would take an hour, I left them with my wife's number to call or text if it's done sooner. So we had sushi three stores down and just as we were paying the bill we got the call right around 30 minutes; which is kinda what I was expecting/hoping for, So the battery comes with a 6 month service warranty and while I have no expectation it will last as long as the original battery if I get a year or two more maybe that should be fine..... if not I'll be sure to update this review.

For that, they charged almost $300 for a basic cleaning and repaste. Their Google page doesn't even list a proper address, which is concerning for a repair shop. Unprofessional, disorganized, overpriced, disrespectful, and completely lacking in understanding for people with disabilities. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I'd rather trash the laptop than hand it back to Ted -- that says everything about how much I trust his shop.
