(Don't worry I'll be upgrading soon enough) I've replaced a battery before successfully on another phone but After digging into all the options I find buying batteries off Amazon or eBay is a crapshoot at best. There's more truth in "if it's too good to be true it probably isn't" than in any of the hype and advertising for all the aftermarket batteries. Next I could take it to the Genius Bar but I'd be detached from my Apple crack 3-5 days too long. Now I'm speculating that might cost me $70 min there, so I opted to splurge another $30 to have it done while waiting. If it was only $70 I would have given them 5 stars but even at that premium cost I'm still pleased by the professionalism and speed of service. While we were told it would take an hour, I left them with my wife's number to call or text if it's done sooner. So we had sushi three stores down and just as we were paying the bill we got the call right around 30 minutes; which is kinda what I was expecting/hoping for, So the battery comes with a 6 month service warranty and while I have no expectation it will last as long as the original battery if I get a year or two more maybe that should be fine..... if not I'll be sure to update this review.

Im saying all of this to say I'm satisfied with the service I received today. My phone was fixed in less than 2 hours. I feel as if the low ratings are people being surprised they need additional things done to their tech before it can even be serviced. The employee I was working with did his best and could only do so much. I have a bigger gripe with my insurance not informing me of the protocols before I went to the store. 1 piece of advice: Maybe get a second landline to help better fulfill claims-My phone couldn't make calls-They couldn't make calls. This meant I had to go home, make another claim over my landline, head back to the store, then pick up my phone another two hours later. It'd save a lot of headaches.

Next day the protection came off I thought it was that they installed the screen protection incorrectly, so I went back for a refund or a exchange of protection. The guy gave me another one at no extra charge. One day after the screen protection reinstalled is coming off again. Won't really recommend going here to get a screen protection they only carry the fiberglass ones. Poor products.
