I could rave about the quality of the product I bought, but instead I'll tell you how great the customer service is from the Sound Professionals! There was a minor problem with the microphones I purchased -- some sort of calibration issue caused the levels in the right and left channels to be mismatched. It wasn't a big deal, but I wanted it corrected so I contacted customer service. The attention to detail I received in response was amazing: we went through all the possible issues to see if the problem was on my end and could be resolved with a switch of settings or something; we went through the various parts of the recordings -- the recorder itself, the battery box -- until we determined the exact part that needed replacing. Then, almost as if I was testing these guys to see how patient they were (but really, I'm just a flake), some things came up in my life that distracted me and I forgot to send the microphones back for replacement for almost a month! Still -- still! -- the Sound Professionals worked with me to get me the properly-functioning microphones I need. These guys are the tops. You will not regret shopping here. read more

I purchased the Court Caster. Needless to say, what a game changer it made as far as sound quality. This little interface is so convenient to take with you on the way to a deposition. I will admit that I was nervous at first, because it has a lot of options and understanding what each of the buttons do. Luckily, when I received it, the instructions were very clear on how to set it up, but I did call support to set it up because I needed to understand what each of the controls meant. I spoke with Chris at Sound Professionals, and the customer service was excellent. Sound Professionals has a video on the Court Caster, which I watched several times, and then took Court Caster through its paces. As long as you understand the sound settings on your computer, it's a wonderful product. The other thing is I got it when it was on sale, and that helped. The final thing is Sound Professionals had included everything that you would need to operate it. I am very very happy with this purchase. The Playback feature, when you're listening to it, is very clear. Talking to Support was indeed a pleasure. Very knowledgeable group. read more

Sound Professionals is very knowledgeable about the products they sell. I recently bought Court Caster, and OMG, what a difference in the audio quality. When I used to do Zoom, that was always an issue because you never knew what you were going to end up with. At first, I thought this is too good to be true because I've had other products that companies manufactured. Guess what, very disappointed, but you go with what you have. The only thing I keep forgetting is that I can record on the Court Caster as well, giving me yet another way to access my audio. I say kudos to you guys for introducing this product. I returned some previously purchased mics that needed either repair or adjustments, and the service i received was definitely above and beyond. I'm a court reporter and wish I'd found Sound Professionals years ago. Ordering my USB mic through the website was easy. When it arrived yesterday I couldn't figure out how to configure it with my reporting software (guess I'm enough of a Luddite to be stymied by and panic over every new thing that comes out). But upon connecting with Joe in tech support this morning, it took him about 3 minutes to do whatever magic he did, and the sound and playback quality are perfect. I am a court reporter and have been using the Zoom recording kit for almost a year now. It is fantastic. My audio quality is superb when I used for phone conference or videoconference proceedings. It quit working about a month ago and they were so helpful and accommodating in getting it fixed. It turns out it was some problem on my end with my speaker jack and not the device at all but they were super nice about the whole thing. Love this company! read more

My most recent dealing with Sound Professionals is beyond comparison. Some headphones I purchased during the Pandemic (JBL) got a little faulty. When I called and asked to purchase a replacement they engaged me and ended up sending me a new one at no charge. Who does that these days?
