He's very quick to respond and works one on one with you to get your project done the right way...no matter how many times you have to send the files pdf, eps, ai, psd...lol...he's very understanding with dealing with people who are less than printing savvy. Unfortunately the follow through sucks. Placed an order and paid for rush shipping, called twice to confirm the status of my order advised each time my order was on schedule. So at 8pm on the day my order should have arrived I called again and was finally told my order had not even been printed yet and that a new delivery date had not yet been set. I was furious. Now to their credit the service representatives were all very polite. The final young lady was super accommodating she refunded my rush shipping fee and offered me a $20 voucher for a future purchase one I highly doubt I will be taking advantage of. I understand things happen short staffed, supply chain, equipment malfunctions etc. My main complaint is the lack of communication and accountability. They knew my order was delayed and would not arrive on time yet assured me twice that everything was right on schedule. They assured me I would be notified if there was any problem, yet no one ever called or emailed me. Each time it was me who initiated the contact with them. So no I wouldn't recommend using them next time I will go to a local brick and mortar shop. It will probably cost more but at least I they have to look me in the eyes and answer my questions.
