As an authorized Lenovo service provider, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer support and IT solutions. Whether you need upgrades, repairs, or comprehensive IT services, we ensure a seamless and efficient experience to keep your technology running at its best. Background On Visit: Had a broken lcd screen on one of our lenovo laptops that needed to be fixed. Did a yelp search and this place came up. Did more digging about this shop and sure enough it was a authorized Lenovo service provider. LCD Screen Repair Price: $139.00 (OEM laptop screen) + $100.00 (labor) + tax on screen. If you want a third party screen, it would cost $69.00 +$100 (labor) + tax on laptop screen. Payment Method: They accept credit cards or cash. They don't accept payment over the phone. You'll have to come in to the shop to pay. Location/Parking: Located in a plaza on the NE corner of Artesia and Carmenita Rd.. Ambiance/Decor: Shop is relatively clean and bare bones. They probably do their work in the back of the shop somewhere. Service: Service was great. Steve was friendly, attentive, and thorough in explaining what needed to be done. Experience: Overall, I had a great experience. Steve gave me updates on my laptop through the process. There was one hiccup though. The screen replacement that they ordered was damaged during shipping. He was able to order another screen quickly. It took about 10 days for them to fix the laptop.

Holy cow, this one tears it!…read more I called to find out about an in-warranty repair for a Thinkpad laptop. The guy I spoke to said that it was company policy to charge an additional $100 to the customer for "diagnostics" despite it being under warranty. He said the warranty was for parts only. At first, I attempted to calmly explain that it was in warranty and it covered parts & labor-- they were more than welcome to charge this fee to Lenovo. He said that it was company policy, and that if I didn't like I could look for another provider on Lenovo's website. I told him I would not only gladly do that, but I'd also go out of my way to make Lenovo aware of this "company policy" in hopes they are no longer an authorized reseller, thus sparing this company from trying to rip off unwitting customers who don't know any better. Warranty service doesn't cost the customer; never has, never should. Stay far away from this company; given their policy and how it was positioned, I wouldn't trust their integrity or honesty in the least. (For the record, the gentleman I spoke to was at least very nice and indicated that while he didn't personally agree with the policy, it was still the company's policy)

I called over two days about warranty service for my brand new Lenovo laptop since they're the…read moreclosest authorized repair center. Everytime I call, the "department" that handles warranty repairs is unreachable. I called today around 8:30 to see if I could catch the service department before things got busy, but again, couldn't reach them. I spoke to a call center guy at the company and after saying that I needed warranty service, he mentioned that the warranty department charges for services. I was confused since my Lenovo warranty was supposed to cover any service. I wasn't told a price, since I couldn't reach anybody, but if it's $100 as Jon T mentioned, this is unacceptable. I'll be opening up my laptop on my own because if warranty service is like this, it's like not having anything anyway.

Would be zero stars but it's not an option smh…read more I'm not sure why this place has a storefront to be honest, they couldn't be less prepared for, or excited about walk-in business. Have you ever walked in some place and been asked "Can I help you...?" in a way it was clear the guy meant "Wt-...? Are you lost?" So yeah that's how it starts, I tell the guy I'm just taking a look around, he never leaves the doorway of the backroom to approach, he was strangely AVOIDING providing straight answers to basic questions like "How much would a 5090 build start at?". I love to talk about this stuff I couldn't have been more pleasant and friendly at first, but every response he was like COUNTERING me TRYING to make me go "oh forget it " and walk out or something. For example, I noticed the radiator didn't fill the top section of a completed build in the showroom, and simply asked "Is this AIO 240mm or 280mm?" He said he wasn't sure, I literally said nothing but I did have a surprised look on my face and I kid you not the guy goes "That one's already sold so there's no point in me discussing details about it." I think I ended up asking him straight up if he could even hear what I just asked. (Did I mention he had two wired airpods in the entire time?) Seriously though, this is a developing story because I wasn't there by accident. There was a different store with the exact same name in Anaheim that I made a purchase from a while back. That one wasn't a bad experience actually, so I figured I'd stop by their new location now and have a look. My receipt lists the exact same phone number as listed on their website, and this listing. I'm positive these are the same guys who have just changed their location. TLDR; I shopped with these guys once at their previous location, and I either got insanely lucky that first time, or they got WAY worse. Avoid this one ppl. Scam likely.
